  1. Remove Item Limit when using Look Up Field in Nintex Form with View name

In case of SPOL OOTB list, when you add a List Look Up, SharePoint does not provide an option to enter the View name. And in the default OOTB form, all values are visible in the dropdown just like Nintex Form.

Nintex provides an option to provide a view name. And if we provide a view name, it is fetching only items shown in the First Page of the View. This should not be the case. Please remove the item limit.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Login to a SharePoint Online site collection with Nintex Forms installed.
    2. Create a Custom List…

  2. Attach a list item multi-line text field to the entire form to store XML

In the same way that the repeating section can serialize named controls into XML, allow the same for an entire form - so all named controls and repeating sections can be serialised and stored in a multi-line text field.

  4. Create a Process Visualization control

Visualizations are an important aspect of the user experience nowadays and can give forms a professional edge. A process timeline that can read, for example, the options in a Choice column and update the visual timeline as the form and process progresses. I definitely think that Nintex need to begin focusing time on the look and feel of it's controls and whilst this can be achieved using JS and CSS, baked in controls will be of use to business users who want to add a professional look to their forms.

  5. Auto Publish Existing Forms After Adding Apps

After adding the Nintex App to a site, if there is already a Nintex Forms definition associated with the list, it should automatically be accessible without needing to open the app and republish the form.

  6. Digital Asset Content Types

Currently Nintex Forms for O365 does not support any of the Digital Asset content types. This includes the out of the box Image, Audio, and Video SharePoint content types. It would be great to see that support added down the road.

  7. Duplicate form format, for task forms.

All the user to duplicate New, Edit or View forms, formats into a task form. Saving developer time, at this point the fields are carried over without the customized formats that have been added to the original form.

    Thanks for your suggestion Dottie.

As we are currently building Universal Forms which will include a new Responsive Task Form, we will be revisiting how Task Forms are created.

When we begin development of the new Task Forms, I will update this idea.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  8. Handling of percentage values

Form-Fields of type "decimal" can optionally be formatted as percentage. Choosing a field to be formatted as percentage assumes a field-value between 0 and 1 - which is "formatted" to a value between 0% and 100%.

If the value of this field is however computed in the form (for e.g. 25/100) the form displays 25% - as expected.

When the value is written to sharepoint the formatted value of "25" is written to sharepoint - not as you might expect 0,25.

If the column in sharepoint is as well formatted to contain percentage-values, sharepoint will show 2500% (instead of 25%).

  9. Creating a new item in another list when the item doesn't exist in a lookup control Office 365 Forms

    Scenario:

A user is filling a form and must select a “company”. The Company control pulls from a lookup column in SharePoint or directly from a SharePoint list.

    Question:

Instead of stopping the user from filling the form, have them find the source list, create a new item and then reopen the form and select the new option, is it possible to have a “add new” option on the form that would populate the list and make it immediately available as a choice to select?

  11. Form control settings retain expanded state selecting next field

When you select a form control and use the settings pane to change appearance or formatting it would save time if these options stayed expanded when you move to the next field. Being able to group/select multiple fields and change settings for this group as suggested in another submission would really help with this.

    Hi.
Please add a support of the Publishing Image, Publishing HTML and Publishing Hyperlink columns:
