  1. Improve Lookup function to work with User Field / User Column

This applies to the 'New Responsive Designer'

    Hello,

new lookup function in the New Responsive Designer can't retrieve values from user fields / user columns.
Please consider to add the possibility to lookup user field values.

  2. Adding Button and Page Viewer controls in New Responsive Design

We would like to show document set as a page view under page section. However we were unable to do it because Page Viewer control is not available in Responsive design.

And also we would like to add new button controls along with the default controls.

Can you please check the feasibility of adding those controls.

  4. Form pagination to support page range printing to PDF

When printing a multi-page form to PDF, Nintex needs to support the ability to identify which pages it should output.
For example, the first page contains all the field prompting and the rest is a formatted document that inserts the various fields for printing to PDF.
Nintex should support the output of form pages 2 onwards to be printed to PDF.

  5. Ability to Change or Edit Buttons on Ribbon

I really wish I had control over the save button on the ribbon, to be able to add remove edit these buttons would be very nice.

  6. SWITCH-like in rules instead of just IF-ELSE (New Responsive Forms)

Need a switch-like on the rules and not just a simple IF-ELSE when defining the rule conditions. Case in point, if you want to change behavior given a list of values in a Choice field managing this logic with multiple rules can become complex pretty quickly --try hiding fields based on three choices and you'll see how difficult it is to follow what the form designer wanted to accomplish.

  7. Official support for Microsoft Teams

Official support for Microsoft Teams by Nintex Forms for Office 365. Currently links in Teams to SharePoint lists with Nintex Forms do not display the Forms - just a blank page. I opened a ticket with Nintex support and was directed here to suggest official support because currently Microsoft Teams are not officially supported by Nintex Forms for Office 365.

  8. Add ability to create Anchors

It would be great to create anchors directly to Groups by creating a url in a label, this would expand the navigation experience for users.

  9. Allow Fields to Inherit settings from Groups.

Quite often you might use Groups to group up related fields. An address block for example.

However as it currently stands if you want to make a Group read only you need to do all the fields inside it. so for the address block, i need to set it for street address, suburb, city, country and postcode. if these all inherited (with an option to disinherit) you could set this value on the Group rather then everything below which is quite time consuming (this current form i am doing has 200 fields that need to be read only/not based on…

  10. Dynamically set the value of Default, Minimum and Maximum Rows in Repeating Section

We need to set default rows and maximum rows in the repeating section based on the list column value.
The expecting result is for the repeating section has the default and maximum rows based on the sharepoint list column value during runtime.

  11. New Responsive Forms - Unable to build rules based on Lookup Field value

While generating the rule, for look up fields, we can only check if it is filled or blank. But we want to create rules based on the look up value. Please find the screenshot attached.

  13. New Responsive Designer: place controls above all pages

It´s a good feature that we can create pages with the new responsive designer. But in some cases it would be great to place controls over the pages. That means that the placed control is visible at the top of each page.

  14. Auto complete addresses with Google MAP API

There is Google MAP API feature in New Responsive form. I would like to request to allow users to start typing couple characters to filter and the auto complete address will drop down. Exactly like how it is in maps.google.com when user enters address. Address typo is our number 1 common human error and we would love to reduce this kind of error.

  15. Ability to add field to SharePoint

Within the old designer, you could add a field to SharePoint - and then use within the form. The new responsive designer doesn't have this.

Workaround is to save/close - and go to the List Settings - add the field, then go back to edit the form. Would be nice to add a field "in the designer" - like with the older/previous forms designer.

  16. PIV Digital Signature capability

Governments are using a more secure ways to sign electronically, and one of the most popular way is utilizing their PIV ID cards to sign documents. Digital Signature, which is a certificate and key pair allows the YOU to digitally sign a document or email, providing both integrity and non-repudiation.

More information of PIV digital signature can be read here:

  19. Your product should be accessible and meet WCAG 2.0 AA standards.

Per a support ticket, I've been told "We do not support accessibility ( WCAG at any level or 508) currently. We are considering this, but we have no immediate plans or commitments to do this at this time."
We were told at the point of purchase that your product was accessible.
If you intend to work with higher education or government agencies, your tool should be fully accessible and meet WCAG 2.0 AA standards.

  20. Create a Header control or update the Label control in the NRD

Create a Header control to allow for a background color/image and text overlay. This can also be enabled for all Label controls. Provides an option for corporate branding.
