  1. Alphabetic List of 'Connected Fields' (New Responsive)

When dragging/dropping fields from SharePoint (Related List Columns) - these are ALPHA listed.

But within the field itself - the 'connect to field' list is NOT alphabetic.
Within each of the types of sections - it would be handy, when trying to find a field.

  2. Set Values in Preview

It would be nice to be able to set field values in the preview to test rules that are driven off SharePoint list columns.

  3. New Responsive Forms Designer renames fields with '1' at the end

When adding a field such as "Category" - it adds a field called 'Category 1' - and I have to remove the '1' from the title + name.

Is there any reason for this ?

Thanks for your feedback, Chris. This is done mainly due to the way the default toolbox works.

If you drag on one control from the toolbox it appends 1, then 2, then 3 for the number of controls of that type on the canvas.

However, it appears the bound controls have also inherited this behaviour.

I have raised it with the team to investigate.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  4. Hide the disabled 'X' delete button in the first repeating table

When the repeating table control is used and only one table is displayed, the X delete button is still visible although its functionality is disabled and users attempt to click it. Have the X delete button appear when there are 2 or more tables.

  5. Enable 'default' sorting and filtering on a 'filtered ListView' on a Nintex Form

It is now impossible to to extra filtering and/or sorting on a ListView - by clicking on the columnheaders - when the listview is already filtered by a setting in the ListView-configuration.

When users now click on the columnheader, they expect to have the default Sharepoint behaviour, but instead, nothing happens.

I would like to have the default functionality also available for a filtered listview, so users can easily find data when the ListView on the form is relative large.

Example of a business case: we have a meeting-list, with instances of meetings. We have a second list, for storing…

  6. Add "Add new item" for managed metadata for Nintex Forms 0365.

In default SharePoint form when clicking on the tags to open the managed metadata picker you have the option to add new items if allowed. This functionality is missing in Nintex managed metadata control.

  7. Custom Form Controls

It would be great if there was a way to develop custom form controls similar to how the Nintex Platform Development Environment works for SharePoint 2013.

  8. Forms permission/usage restriction

Minimum solution a feature like in Nintex Workflow for O365 that allow us to restrict the use of Nintex Forms to named users.
    Perfect solution see also: https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/229406-2-nintex-forms-for-sharepoint/suggestions/35217565-forms-permission-restriction

  9. Responsive Forms Controls in user

There is no option to view the names of controls added to a Responsive form. It would be nice to have something similar like the controls in use tab so it would be easy to find the controls in a large form

  10. Labels are not correctly assigned

Labels are not correctly applied to form fields - primarily choice fields with responsive forms. For a non-sighted user they don't hear what the choices are for when trying to complete the form. This is a big accessibility issue that should be corrected.

  11. Set default value for Document Library - Edit mode

We would like to have a feature that default value is also implemented in the EDIT mode
    Background:
Set default value won't take any effect for the Edit Form located in Document Library. The control will always be set to empty and ignored the default value that has been configured from the Form designer.
In the Document Library, since the file is uploaded through the UI, there is no such NEW mode.

  13. Hide delete button on Responsive forms

CSS can be used to hide ribbon controls on Classic 365 Forms but not Responsive 365 Forms.
Expansion of current CSS form options to check boxes hiding/showing ribbon buttons (on Edit screens).

  14. Secure or pre-allocated / numbered offline forms

A number of times I have had the requirement to pre-allocate (download) a batch of legal forms to specific users on specific devices (similar to a physical receipt book).

The reason for this is for offline (remote) completion of forms, where loss of a completed form is an indication of potential compliance issues.

For example, with a securely numbered paper form book, completion of the form within a time period of an action is a legal requirement, so completion of multiple forms, then discarding the fraudulent one's if spot checked, would raise a red flag to trigger more investigation or…

  15. Support connecting form variables to people picker columns

Currently Nintex Forms for Office 365 form variables cannot connect to people picker columns. Please add this feature.

  16. Can the people picker field be comma separated instead of a list?

Currently, the people picker field displays users as a list instead of comma separated, this takes up too much space on the page and need to scroll down to view the rest of the form. Can this be comma separated to condense this field?

  18. Enable control heading to set to Bold

It would be a great user experience if you could allow control title to be set as bold. Also, it will allow users to identify which text is heading and user input.

  19. Support for Modern Pane with Nintex Form O365

Using the details pane, the ability to update list items when using "Modern Experience". Currently one of the control where a multi-line rich-text field cannot be edit but except it's title (edit ">field name>" and a never-ending loading animation it shows nothing.

  20. Allow local choice control to contain values with commas

Where a choice control is not bound to a list column (and there are good reasons for that situation so it is not a solution here) the values for that choice control are specified in the control settings as a comma separated list. It appears there is no way to include a comma in a valid value by escaping the character. If there is, please advise, otherwise, please include!
