  1. New resp. designer: use pages with permissions

    It would be great if we could set permissions for the form pages with the rule generator

  2. New Responsive Designer: place controls above all pages

    It´s a good feature that we can create pages with the new responsive designer. But in some cases it would be great to place controls over the pages. That means that the placed control is visible at the top of each page.

  3. Enterprise keyword column feature

    There is a Enterprise keyword column feature in SPO365 that can be used to do quick search for items that have Keywords/MetaDataTags add once Item is added. right now this is not supported by Nintex forms.

  4. Auto complete addresses with Google MAP API

    There is Google MAP API feature in New Responsive form. I would like to request to allow users to start typing couple characters to filter and the auto complete address will drop down. Exactly like how it is in maps.google.com when user enters address. Address typo is our number 1 common human error and we would love to reduce this kind of error.

  6. Feature Request: Default Value for List Lookup control

    The Nintex forms controls of Single Line Textbox, Multi Line Textbox, People, and Choice both allow for a Default value.

    However, I do not see that option for a List Lookup control. It would be extremely helpful to be able to pre-select items in our list lookup.

  8. Ability to track where Nintex Forms are being used across the tenant and what is consuming the license

    It is extremely difficult to track the license usage for Nintex Forms on Office 365. The XML library also seems inaccurate and tracking the GUID is very cumbersome. I hope that there is a functionality similar to Hawkeye for Nintex Forms coming soon.

  10. Add currency() function to new responsive forms

    Have the ability to format a string or decimal to a currency string with region-specific thousand and comma separatos and two digits after the comma.

  11. SWITCH-like in rules instead of just IF-ELSE (New Responsive Forms)

    Need a switch-like on the rules and not just a simple IF-ELSE when defining the rule conditions. Case in point, if you want to change behavior given a list of values in a Choice field managing this logic with multiple rules can become complex pretty quickly --try hiding fields based on three choices and you'll see how difficult it is to follow what the form designer wanted to accomplish.

  12. PIV Digital Signature capability

    Governments are using a more secure ways to sign electronically, and one of the most popular way is utilizing their PIV ID cards to sign documents. Digital Signature, which is a certificate and key pair allows the YOU to digitally sign a document or email, providing both integrity and non-repudiation.

    More information of PIV digital signature can be read here:

  13. New Responsive Forms - Unable to build rules based on Lookup Field value

    While generating the rule, for look up fields, we can only check if it is filled or blank. But we want to create rules based on the look up value. Please find the screenshot attached.

  14. Add Named Controls to the Image URL

    In the Image Control the Image URL doesn't allow to use any Named Controls. It would be helpful if you can add Named Controls to the Image URL. This way if you grab a URL from another list you can add it to the Image Control.

  15. Tasks - Modern form - make comments required an option

    Modern Task forms comments are optional. Most cases if the user Rejects a task we need a required comment.

    Lack of this features stops us from using modern task form.

  17. Date Control in the New Responsive Form Designer

    The date control in the New Responsive Form Designer does not allow the user to type the date like it does in the Classic and Responsive forms. We have a lot data that has associated records going back a decade or more, with one item per year or more. It is decidedly faster to type dates than click through, so having it behave like the older controls would help a lot.

  18. New Responsive Designer hide "Close" Nintex button in header.

    Since CSS is not available in the New Responsive Forms we will like to have an option to hide the "Close" Nintex buttons showed in the header when the form is open as we have an option to hide the Print to PDF.

    .nx-sp-form-runtime-header {
    display: none;
    }

    Thanks for your suggestion, Vice. We are looking to introduce some changes in a future release including ‘Save and continue’, ‘Redirect’, and ‘Close’. We will take this into consideration.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  19. Bring form control name through in Repeating Section XML in New Responsive Designer

    In the New Responsive Designer when using repeating sections the control name is replaced by a GUID which makes it very difficult to work with the XML in workflow when multiple fields and repeating sections are being used - having the control names brought through in the way that the Responsive Designer used to do would be highly beneficial.

    Thank you for your feedback, Justin.

    We are aware that the existing XML format is not the same as the previous structure in Old Responsive or Classic and can cause some challenges moving to New Responsive.

    We are hoping to address this in a future release.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  20. [Classic designer] Get Query String function

    We have a hyperlink added to a SharePoint page, when clicked, it will open new Nintex form of a document library. We need to prepopulate dropdown value on this Nintex form through passing field value in URL. GetQuerystring functionality works for On prem but, it is not available in Office365.

    We can help end users to click on specific hyperlinks to prefill some fields in the new form.

    Thanks for your suggestion, Harika.

    We do not have plans to implement a query string function for the Classic designer at this time but will keep the idea open for voting.

    I have updated the title to specify it is for the Classic designer.

    Cheers,
    Euan
