Not a problem. Appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback and hope you have success with your new solution.

If you continue to use Nintex for other business processes, please do continue to provide ideas to our User Voice channel.

We ended up using Cognito Forms in place of Nintex Live Forms. The solution offers direct access to the original form submission data and integration with Microsoft Flow/SharePoint Online. It's working great for our public anon forms to SharePoint solution. It does partially support SharePoint on-prem, but the Flow integration is much more robust. It also gives you responsive forms and a much easier forms editor than Nintex offers currently. We would have preferred to stick with Nintex, but their products and pricing in the cloud aren't meeting our business needs.

A function that would be required before we used "Live Forms O365" is the ability for us to access the submitted data directly. We've had several instances in the past two years where citizens have submitted forms and the data didn't successfully get to our SharePoint environment from the Nintex hosted environment. Most other hosted form solutions provide a way to browse and export form data. They also allow long term retention vs. the limited retention currently offered for Nintex Live Forms data. We're actually looking at moving away from Nintex live because of this critical issue (we lost police tips, public disclosure requests, etc). Another contributing factor is the pricing between on-prem and O365. If the pricing came down and the above issue was fixed, we'd be all over migrating from on-prem Nintex to the O365 version.

NWC form supports anonymous submit, but doesn't support attachments. Need Nintex forms to support anonymous submit.

We have a potential client who is on O365 and requires the ability to have anonymous global users submit it. You may be saying "but what about NWC, rhia!?" but this particular form requires complex calculations to be done & display to them while they are still on the page.

Same with most people who voted for this idea... we need the ability to publish anonymous forms. Its not a requirement for Nintex Live in O365, but just the need for anonymous forms.

Our top priority is being able to publish an anonymous form. However, isolating the form from the site is also very useful. Specifically, only granting permissions to a form with no access to the underlying site.

In general, our expectation is feature parity between on-premise and Office 365. Nintex for Office 365 is significantly more expensive. The least we should expect is equivalent functionality.

Wondering if Nintex have found a way to do this? Is this planned for a future release?

From what I know around the Nintex Workflow Cloud there will be some sort of Forms offering in this at some point which should provide this func, though I've only seen workflow related news and it is called Nintex Workflow Cloud rather than Nintex Cloud so we'll see I guess.

That's too bad. I visit customers every week who would embrace O365 over Google Docs if anonymous forms were available. Delays in some basic feature parity are hindering the O365 and Nintex user adoption for some very large organizations (10,000+ users).

    Hi Everyone,

Thanks for your feedback on this item. We are absolutely aware of the need for anonymous forms in Office 365 and what an important scenario it is for customers & partners.

Unfortunately whilst marked as planned as while back, we've had a few items drop in front of it on the road map.

Rest assured the anonymous forms capability is very much on the radar and as soon as we have something concrete to share, this item will be updated with the status.
