  1. Add attachment control to be selected in a rule in New responsive Form designer

At the present time the attachment control cannot be selected in a rule.
You can only make the control required.

Please add the attachment control to be selected in a rule for new responsive form designer.

It will make the attachment control(s) more easier to validate especially if you have a multiple attachment controls in your form.

For the meantime, do you have any alternative way to validate the attachment control(e.g. iF checkbox is check, attachment control should be required)?

  2. responsive form contrast

The display form on the new responsive form, as well as read-only controls has such low contrast it is borderline unusable. Please provide more options to change the background and font color for the display and read only views of responsive forms.

  3. New Responsive Forms - Lookup function

According to the FAQ it's a 'Yes....but'. Without this function calculated values based on a SP lookup control is impossible.

  4. New Responsive Forms - Set Look Up field value from query string parameter

I appreciate your commitment to not to use JavaScript, instead provide all features with Nintex itself. I have one query, please let me know if we can achieve that with inbuilt Nintex features.

A query string parameter is passed to a new form. On form load, I need to set a look up field with the value passed through query string parameter.

  5. Microsoft Edge Browser Support

Microsoft no longer supports the use of IE11 for Office 365 applications but Nintex does not support Microsoft Edge. We have to browser jump between IE11 and Edge to get our work done.

  6. Have the separate pages show as tabs at the top of the form

You can have tabs in the Classic designer and now pages in the New Responsive designer. Can you have an option to show the separate pages as tabs at the top of the form. This way if someone needs to fill out a section of a form they can go direct to the 'tab/page' needed instead of scrolling through the entire form.

  7. Enable dynamic URLs in Rich text/labels

Currently only hard-coded URLs can be added to rich text/labels or controls in Nintex Online. It would be great if Nintex can enable insertion of dynamic URLs

  8. rules for forms

really need to make the rules experience with forms more seamless. it is convoluted and unclear and doesn't work most of the time. very frustrating to waste time on and should be easier to do

  9. fn-GetQueryString in Nintex Forms

Add the fn-GetQueryString() function to Nintex Forms for O365 so a query string parameter can be used on form load. This would replicate functionality found in Nintex Forms on Prem.

  11. created by

Please make all viewable properties in a list, such as "Created by" and "Version", available to place on the form as read only (disabled) connected field controls.

  13. Allow Copy and Paste of controls within Responsive Forms

In pixel perfect form design, you can copy and paste controls and control formatting. Please add the same functionality in Responsive form design.

When I create Rich Text section headers, for example, I'd like to copy / paste and update the text rather than having to re-build the formatting from scratch each time.

  14. Improve support for dateTime columns/controls and conversion/extraction/comparison with date and time columns/controls.

    1. Please can comparison operators between dateTime controls and list fields be made to work as expected?

    2. Please can conversions between dateTime and date and time fields be supported without string manipulation?

Date manipulation functions such as convertToDateTime(date, time), convertToDateTime(date), extractDate(datetTime) and extractTime(dateTime) could achieve this.

  15. Support for more form variable return types

Currently form variable return types are limited. Please add the ability to specify the variable output format similar to how the workflow product functions (e.g. for People Picker options are Login Name, Email Address, Display Name).

  16. Nintex Responsive Form on each fields applying CSS separately

In one of our requirement user wants to change the colour of each field in Nintex responsive form. We were trying to achieve this but its getting applied globally. Is there any possibilities.

  17. Provide a way to print the forms

If a firm does not have Enterprise one cannot use the 'print to pdf' option.

If one does not have a version of Word that is supported by the 'tagger' one cannot use the workflow document creation action

One can add a 'print button' to the form with the associated javascript but it comes out very ugly, especially the people picker controls.

One can use the browser print function but on long forms you get a scroll bar and cannot see the entire form.

Thus I would like to propose a native function to print forms. Either a form action…

  18. Allow for conditional formatting in responsive form.

Font colours should be changeable if conditions are met.

I am pleased to announce Nintex New Responsive forms for Office365 now supports the ability to set colours at the control level which is also available in the rule builder. This will allow you to conditionally change the colors of controls.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  19. Add new Hide Control option (visibility:hidden) to Responsive Forms

Currently when you hide fields, they are not useable by calculated fields, and I believe some rules/validations. I believe this stems from using a display:none tag as opposed to a visibility:hidden CSS tag. Then whatever Nintex is using to process things, can't always find the hidden elements.

It would be good to add in an option to hide controls without impacting the ability to use them again in other calculated fields.

I've used this in classic forms for a while, where I created a custom CSS class .hideFromForm{visibility:hidden;}, but we can no longer do this on the new Responsive forms.
