  1. WHO LAST MODIFIED A NINTEX FORM

It would help a lot to have the possibility to see whenever needed who was the person who last modified a Nintex form for O365.
At this moment this detail are not available but the date only.
Knowing the who change it would help us a lot when debugging an issue as we would be able to collaborate with that person and find the needed info.

  4. Print to PDF Multiple Forms ( SP Items in a list) at a time

It would help a lot if we could, manually and whenever needed, Print to PDF Multiple Forms ( SP Items in a list) at a time. Could you please add this feature to the existing Print To PDF button in Nintex Forms O365?

  5. Add a loading icon or loading text when new responsive form is loading

Like mentioned in this user voice: https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/218293-4-nintex-forms-for-office-365/suggestions/19051840-improve-form-load-speed-in-o365, the loading speed for new responsive forms is not fast enough.
In the meantime, it would be good to display a loading icon or text like "Form loading, please wait" to not confuse users who want to use the form.

  6. Ability to track where Nintex Forms are being used across the tenant and what is consuming the license

It is extremely difficult to track the license usage for Nintex Forms on Office 365. The XML library also seems inaccurate and tracking the GUID is very cumbersome. I hope that there is a functionality similar to Hawkeye for Nintex Forms coming soon.

  7. Add functionality to lookup lists on different sites in Classic forms in the Lookup control

The O365 version of the classic form does not allow you to lookup lists on different sites. This is very restrictive

  8. Allow the People picker control to query AzureAD

Currently the People Picker uses the SharePoint user profile service to access people information which may not be accessible for certain organisations.

It would be good to allow the People Picker to query agaainst the AzureAD to return people information.

  9. Read only option for group field

Read only option for group field enables to set read only for multiple fields at once like we have for panels in Sharepoint Onpremise.

  10. New Responsive Form - Task Form not populating the data from Repeating Section

When having Repeating section in List Form and then try to display this repeating section in the Nintex Task Form, the repeating section data is not populated in the Task Form (New Responsive Form)

  11. New Responsive Form Lookup function to return multiple value

Currently, the New Responsive Form only returns the first list item matched.
Please implement the ability to return multiple results.

  12. Feature Request: Default Value for List Lookup control

The Nintex forms controls of Single Line Textbox, Multi Line Textbox, People, and Choice both allow for a Default value.

However, I do not see that option for a List Lookup control. It would be extremely helpful to be able to pre-select items in our list lookup.

  13. Allow Fields to Inherit settings from Groups.

Quite often you might use Groups to group up related fields. An address block for example.

However as it currently stands if you want to make a Group read only you need to do all the fields inside it. so for the address block, i need to set it for street address, suburb, city, country and postcode. if these all inherited (with an option to disinherit) you could set this value on the Group rather then everything below which is quite time consuming (this current form i am doing has 200 fields that need to be read only/not based on…

  14. Improve Lookup function to work with User Field / User Column

This applies to the 'New Responsive Designer'

    Hello,

new lookup function in the New Responsive Designer can't retrieve values from user fields / user columns.
Please consider to add the possibility to lookup user field values.

  15. Official support for Microsoft Teams

Official support for Microsoft Teams by Nintex Forms for Office 365. Currently links in Teams to SharePoint lists with Nintex Forms do not display the Forms - just a blank page. I opened a ticket with Nintex support and was directed here to suggest official support because currently Microsoft Teams are not officially supported by Nintex Forms for Office 365.

  17. Date Control in the New Responsive Form Designer

The date control in the New Responsive Form Designer does not allow the user to type the date like it does in the Classic and Responsive forms. We have a lot data that has associated records going back a decade or more, with one item per year or more. It is decidedly faster to type dates than click through, so having it behave like the older controls would help a lot.

  18. [Classic designer] Get Query String function

We have a hyperlink added to a SharePoint page, when clicked, it will open new Nintex form of a document library. We need to prepopulate dropdown value on this Nintex form through passing field value in URL. GetQuerystring functionality works for On prem but, it is not available in Office365.

We can help end users to click on specific hyperlinks to prefill some fields in the new form.

    Thanks for your suggestion, Harika.

We do not have plans to implement a query string function for the Classic designer at this time but will keep the idea open for voting.

I have updated the title to specify it is for the Classic designer.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  19. Trigger workflow/action buttons in View mode

I don't know if this is possible, but it would be good if you could have a button on the form that is available in view mode that would allow you to trigger workflows/actions. For multi-stage workflows with manual triggers, it can be a pain for end users to manually start a workflow, especially if they aren't too tech savvy.

  20. MS Graph API connector for Forms

Need a connector for MS Graph API in Nintex forms for o365. This would open the ability to make calls to MS Graph for validation and creation of objects in Azure. This ability is available in PowerApps and would prefer to stick with Nintex.
