  3. Add a loading icon or loading text when new responsive form is loading

    Like mentioned in this user voice: https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/218293-4-nintex-forms-for-office-365/suggestions/19051840-improve-form-load-speed-in-o365, the loading speed for new responsive forms is not fast enough.
    In the meantime, it would be good to display a loading icon or text like "Form loading, please wait" to not confuse users who want to use the form.

  4. collapse groups (New responsive)

    It would be good if you could either set the collapse functionality to collapsed by default and or apply a rule in the rules engine to collapse a group automatically.

  5. Allow the People picker control to query AzureAD

    Currently the People Picker uses the SharePoint user profile service to access people information which may not be accessible for certain organisations.

    It would be good to allow the People Picker to query agaainst the AzureAD to return people information.

  6. PIV Digital Signature capability

    Governments are using a more secure ways to sign electronically, and one of the most popular way is utilizing their PIV ID cards to sign documents. Digital Signature, which is a certificate and key pair allows the YOU to digitally sign a document or email, providing both integrity and non-repudiation.

    More information of PIV digital signature can be read here:

    https://piv.idmanagement.gov/userguides/signworddoc-ofr/

  7. Add Named Controls to the Image URL

    In the Image Control the Image URL doesn't allow to use any Named Controls. It would be helpful if you can add Named Controls to the Image URL. This way if you grab a URL from another list you can add it to the Image Control.

  8. New Responsive Designer hide "Close" Nintex button in header.

    Since CSS is not available in the New Responsive Forms we will like to have an option to hide the "Close" Nintex buttons showed in the header when the form is open as we have an option to hide the Print to PDF.

    .nx-sp-form-runtime-header {
    display: none;
    }

    Thanks for your suggestion, Vice. We are looking to introduce some changes in a future release including ‘Save and continue’, ‘Redirect’, and ‘Close’. We will take this into consideration.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  9. [Classic designer] Get Query String function

    We have a hyperlink added to a SharePoint page, when clicked, it will open new Nintex form of a document library. We need to prepopulate dropdown value on this Nintex form through passing field value in URL. GetQuerystring functionality works for On prem but, it is not available in Office365.

    We can help end users to click on specific hyperlinks to prefill some fields in the new form.

    Thanks for your suggestion, Harika.

    We do not have plans to implement a query string function for the Classic designer at this time but will keep the idea open for voting.

    I have updated the title to specify it is for the Classic designer.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  10. Trigger workflow/action buttons in View mode

    I don't know if this is possible, but it would be good if you could have a button on the form that is available in view mode that would allow you to trigger workflows/actions. For multi-stage workflows with manual triggers, it can be a pain for end users to manually start a workflow, especially if they aren't too tech savvy.

  11. Official support for Microsoft Teams

    Official support for Microsoft Teams by Nintex Forms for Office 365. Currently links in Teams to SharePoint lists with Nintex Forms do not display the Forms - just a blank page. I opened a ticket with Nintex support and was directed here to suggest official support because currently Microsoft Teams are not officially supported by Nintex Forms for Office 365.

  12. Improve Managed Metadata Control Performance

    Currently, the Managed Metadata Control performs very slowly when a term set has a large number of terms. Please improve control performance by only loading a portion of the terms similar to how the out of the box managed metadata control works in the SharePoint Online modern UI.

  13. MS Graph API connector for Forms

    Need a connector for MS Graph API in Nintex forms for o365. This would open the ability to make calls to MS Graph for validation and creation of objects in Azure. This ability is available in PowerApps and would prefer to stick with Nintex.

  14. Your product should be accessible and meet WCAG 2.0 AA standards.

    Per a support ticket, I've been told "We do not support accessibility ( WCAG at any level or 508) currently. We are considering this, but we have no immediate plans or commitments to do this at this time."
    We were told at the point of purchase that your product was accessible.
    If you intend to work with higher education or government agencies, your tool should be fully accessible and meet WCAG 2.0 AA standards.

  15. Show term description for managed metadata terms

    Two ways to show the description from the Term Store:
    - when hovering over the term
    - next to the term when adding in the managed metadata popup

    This would greatly help users to pick the correct term.

  16. Embed Nintex Form on Modern Page

    The Nintex Form web part for SharePoint online has no configuration features. Ideally the form should be embedded on the page using the web part and just show the form. You shouldn't have to see the ribbon at the top of the screen or the grey area around the form. This way users can stay on the page and fill out a form without unnecessary scrolling or in page navigation due to pointless padding.

  17. People picker mssing the 'Show all' feature of Sharepoint forms.

    Unlike Sharepoint forms, you cannot click a button to view the entire underlying group assigned in the People Picker field.

  18. Better explanation for non-coders for where and how forms are published

    I am a supervisor of maintenance personnel. I am using SharePoint Online to close communication gaps. I am trying to use your form builder as a tool to enhance my efficiency but not being a coder and not clearly understanding how the app works I am spinning my wheels trying to use it. I created a simple OT request form and want to make it the default form for the Request Folder but I can not figure out how to publish it to that folder. I am also unclear using the dynamic form creator how the save button is working.…

  19. Add "Add new item" for managed metadata for Nintex Forms 0365.

    In default SharePoint form when clicking on the tags to open the managed metadata picker you have the option to add new items if allowed. This functionality is missing in Nintex managed metadata control.

  20. Labels are not correctly assigned

    Labels are not correctly applied to form fields - primarily choice fields with responsive forms. For a non-sighted user they don't hear what the choices are for when trying to complete the form. This is a big accessibility issue that should be corrected.
