How can we improve Nintex Forms for Office 365?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Form control settings retain expanded state selecting next field

    When you select a form control and use the settings pane to change appearance or formatting it would save time if these options stayed expanded when you move to the next field. Being able to group/select multiple fields and change settings for this group as suggested in another submission would really help with this.

  2. Forms Portal

    Business case, as more and more digital forms are made, it is a requirement to place them in a forms portal for businesses. However to complete this in SharePoint requires some form of custom development to work nicely, for example some ccs, java or jquery. It would be great, if there was a built in page that users could go to and it would automatically provided a drop down of all nintex forms to select, similar to the mobile app options

  4. calculated columns

    It would be great to be able to display calculated SharePoint columns in Nintex forms. It seems they are filtered out. Sometimes it is not possible to complete the same functionality in the calculated value control.

  5. Refresh data from list/library

    In Form controls I want to be able to refresh the data from the list/library. This way I don't have to close Forms to refresh everything.

  6. Add workflows to buttons

    Currently you can add a rule to a button. It would be huge if you could add a workflow allowing a one click to start a workflow directly from the form.

    It is something we have considered in the past but is not an immediate priority.
