Enable dynamic URLs in Rich text/labels
Currently only hard-coded URLs can be added to rich text/labels or controls in Nintex Online. It would be great if Nintex can enable insertion of dynamic URLs

fn-GetQueryString in Nintex Forms
Add the fn-GetQueryString() function to Nintex Forms for O365 so a query string parameter can be used on form load. This would replicate functionality found in Nintex Forms on Prem.
76 votesWe are continuing to work on the new Responsive Forms designer and aiming for the release next year. This will include the querystring function.
When we are getting closer to release, I will update this feature.

Incorrect help info for single line textbox control...
Thee is an error in the online help info regarding the expression that can be control whether a field's appearance is enabled or not. The help text states that the expression must resolve to a Yes/No value at runtime. This is NOT true. The expression must resolve to True or False. A simple expression of IsNewMode works as is.

Support connecting form variables to people picker columns
Currently Nintex Forms for Office 365 form variables cannot connect to people picker columns. Please add this feature.

dynamic redirect URL
I think it would be really helpful to be able to set a dynamic redirect url based on a view or some other property in the form. Basically I would like to be able to set the new redirect URL through JS because I might not always want it to go to the same location. If you could make the redirect URL available to be set using code in the classic forms or add in variables, that would be awesome.
Use Case….
In SharePoint, if a user sorts or filters a list and clicks on a list item. Does something…52 votesThanks for your suggestion Ben. This is in the backlog to be built in our new Responsive Forms designer.
This will be implemented through the new rules engine, allowing you to dynamically change the submit button redirect address based on conditions in your rules.
I will update this feature when we begin development.

Thanks for your suggestion. The Event content type is a bit more complex than a standard List content type due to the ‘All day event’, and the ‘Recurrence’ options.
Both of these features include specific logic to show more options within the control itself and would only be used within this content type. Therefore, is a reasonable effort for this content type.
We may be able to expedite the support of this content type without ‘All day event’ and the ‘Recurrence’ options, but feel this would be an incomplete offering.

Ability to define height for a multi line of text field control
I'd like the ability to define the height of a multi line of text control to be added.
Currently there are scroll bars quite quickly. Couldn't a functionality added similar to changing the width?

Increase Responsive Form Canvas above 900x700
Reason is when working with repeating tables, we need the ability to add more than 4 "column" to the repeating section, currently 4 single line of text is max, and this is a bit to few?

Add functionality to lookup lists on different sites
The O365 version of the Lookup runtime function does not allow you to lookup lists on different sites. This is very restrictive
176 votesThanks for your suggestion. This is something we will be looking into with our new version of Responsive Forms for Office 365.
When we begin work on the new List Lookup control, I will update this idea.

Support adding attachment control into a repeating section
We have a requirement to be able to add an attachment control into the repeating section.
This allows the user to add an attachment provide other metadata in that row.

PDF print version should look like the design of form with CSS
I have been having loads of problems trying to get the printed pdf to look anything like the form does with custom CSS applied. It has been really hard finding my way around to see how to fix this. There is hardly any documentation online about the actual PDF form, except adding page breaks.
Some kind of tutorial on how to do this would be great.

Change the tab title in browser
Can we be given the option to change the title of the page/tab?
If we want to add any form of branding or description of what forms people are on (for instance if they use multiple forms at once) people get confused by seeing lots of tabs saying "Nintex Forms for Office 365".
Thanks
27 votesThis will be addressed in the upcoming Universal Forms for Office 365. The Form Settings area has a Title field where you can name the form, which will be displayed on the browser tab.
Cheers,

List View control
Listview form control similar to Nintex Forms on-prem.
248 votesThis is still in the backlog for development. Our plan is to include this functionality with the new Responsive Forms designer in the future. I do not have a position on whether we will bring this back to Classic yet as we have no begun the work.
When we begin development on this feature, I will update this idea.

Make it more user friendly, especially rules and formulas.
Please make the option to use rules as a second choice. Nintex should create more useful functions on the side panel to create forms such as "branching" or "hiding." Rules are not very user friendly and the Nintex guides are not helpful.
20 votesNintex Forms for Nintex Workflow Cloud includes a new rules engine with a more intuitive user experience. We are looking into how we can bring a similar experience to Nintex Forms for Office 365.

Allow Copy and Paste of controls within Responsive Forms
In pixel perfect form design, you can copy and paste controls and control formatting. Please add the same functionality in Responsive form design.
When I create Rich Text section headers, for example, I'd like to copy / paste and update the text rather than having to re-build the formatting from scratch each time.

Enable Form Customization for Picture content-type
Allow Nintex Forms customization for 'Picture' content type.
The Nintex forms designer throws this error if we modify Picture library:
Cannot use Nintex Forms for content type : Picture6 votes
