  1. Nintex Form O365 : Calendar Start with Monday NOT Sunday

Currently Date and Time controls on Nintex Forms for O365 start with Sunday.
Unfortunately there is no possible way to change that via the Regional Settings of the SharePoint Site as that is not connected to the Date and Time Control. It would be good to have this implemented on the Nintex form as lots of users are complaining about the way it works today.

  2. Convert Classic/ Old Responsive Designer into New Responsive Designer

It would help our company a lot to be able to convert the Classic (Both Nintex 2013 and O365) and Old Responsive Designer ( Nintex O365) in New Responsive Designer for the Nintex Forms O365.
We have hundreds of Classic Nintex Forms (2013) that we will need to move in SPO. It would help a lot to be able to convert them rather than creating them from scratch. When recreating from scratch is involved then it is highly possible that other tool is considered, and not Nintex.

I understand you are working on adding the missing functionality in the New Responsive…

  3. Remove 5000 items limit on List Lookups on New Responsive Forms

The new responsive forms are great, but still has some limitations that older versions of controls had.
When using a lookup control, you can filter the values by searching for values by typing. It has however a 5000 items limit.
This value is hard-coded in the request, but Microsoft has implement paginated requests in their API.

This is a pity to have a search for large lists, but not large enough, please remove the hard-coded limit.

  4. New responsive form add hyperlink control

I have some lists that have hyperlink fields where I put links to salesforce and other lists. The New Responsive Form does not support Hyperlink fields and has no hyperlink control. Furthermore, these fields do not appear at all in the designer.

I think this is similar to Hyperlink Control for Repeating Section

  5. WHO LAST MODIFIED A NINTEX FORM

It would help a lot to have the possibility to see whenever needed who was the person who last modified a Nintex form for O365.
At this moment this detail are not available but the date only.
Knowing the who change it would help us a lot when debugging an issue as we would be able to collaborate with that person and find the needed info.

  6. Allow Styling for the Labels to add Borders as needed on New responsive form .

New responsive Form Label Field shows the border when you have static text for more than 5 lines but for the shot text , the border doesn't appear and business asked us to provide a border for those text too.., We would like to have the feature like in classic form to add borders to the controls as needed.

  8. Allow Redirect URL to be changed based on value of field in New Responsive Form

My current form allows me to change the Redirect URL based on the value of a field. It appears this is not possible in the New Responsive Form. Or, as an alternative, provide to add new buttons so that each button can have its own Redirect URL

  10. collapse groups (New responsive)

It would be good if you could either set the collapse functionality to collapsed by default and or apply a rule in the rules engine to collapse a group automatically.

  11. Support for Multilingual SharePoint Site with New Responsive Nintex Forms - Attachment Button Translation "Select Files"

This User Voice is for the New Responsive Nintex Forms supporting the Multilingual SharePoint Site translation.
Example: On a German SharePoint Site with a New Responsive Nintex Forms you add an Attachment form control.
When you view the form on a German site you expect that the translation to be in German but some of the actions such us the Attachment form Control will be displayed in English as "Select files".

The same result if you open the form from Nintex Mobile. You will be able to see the same English translation.
Will the New Responsive Nintex Forms be designed…

  12. Prevent multi users to edit Form at the same time

Two users can click on and edit the same LIST item with Nintex Forms at the same time.
When the first person saves the form the saves apply to the list, however, when the second person saves the form it overwrites the others changes.

  13. Can we prevent the need to disable "Cross-Site-Tracking" in Safari Browser for MacOs

    ref:00D90q6Cb.5002v2sDK6T:ref

  14. Ability to display the item history version with Nintex Form

Currently, Nintex Form unable to display the historic version of the SharePoint List Item. Nintex Forms can only display the most recent version of the item the user has access too.

When using Nintex Form, the user should be able to get the item historic version and not the most recent one.

  15. Print to PDF Multiple Forms ( SP Items in a list) at a time

It would help a lot if we could, manually and whenever needed, Print to PDF Multiple Forms ( SP Items in a list) at a time. Could you please add this feature to the existing Print To PDF button in Nintex Forms O365?

  16. Please include an option access JS files within a Sharepoint environment

Some of the JS files used by Nintex Forms are retrieved from a 3rd party, i.e:
    https://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/jQuery/jquery-1.10.2.min.js

For some customers, due to security restrictions, the above URL is not accessible.

Please provide an option to embed the JS file within the product.

  17. Read only option for group field

Read only option for group field enables to set read only for multiple fields at once like we have for panels in Sharepoint Onpremise.

  18. Ability to click and open a file attachment in the PDF as the result of Print To PDF

When using a Nintex Form for Office 365 Print To PDF functionality, the PDF result of the print removes the link for the file attachment control. So the file attachment cannot be opened from the PDF file.

We would like to have ability to open a file from the PDF file (as the result from the PDF) as this functionality is available in Nintex Form On-Premise

  19. New Form Rule for Nintex Mobile in Nintex Forms Designer

I would like to suggest a new condition for the form rule that we could use to hide certain form controls when viewing from Nintex Mobile (New Responsive Form). As Nintex Mobile does not support lookup() runtime function, images from SharePoint/OneDrive, etc. It will be good that these controls be hidden from Nintex Mobile.

  20. Add a loading icon or loading text when new responsive form is loading

Like mentioned in this user voice: https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/218293-4-nintex-forms-for-office-365/suggestions/19051840-improve-form-load-speed-in-o365, the loading speed for new responsive forms is not fast enough.
In the meantime, it would be good to display a loading icon or text like "Form loading, please wait" to not confuse users who want to use the form.
