  1. Convert Classic/ Old Responsive Designer into New Responsive Designer

It would help our company a lot to be able to convert the Classic (Both Nintex 2013 and O365) and Old Responsive Designer ( Nintex O365) in New Responsive Designer for the Nintex Forms O365.
We have hundreds of Classic Nintex Forms (2013) that we will need to move in SPO. It would help a lot to be able to convert them rather than creating them from scratch. When recreating from scratch is involved then it is highly possible that other tool is considered, and not Nintex.

I understand you are working on adding the missing functionality in the New Responsive…

    Hi Maria,

Our plan is to achieve a feature parity with our existing Responsive designer over the coming months and bring the same reponsive designer to SharePoint.

Once we bring the new designer to SharePoint, we will be looking at an in-product migration from old responsive to new responsive and eventually retire old responsive.

We have no plans to retire Classic at this time, however as this is a shared engine across SharePoint, Office365 and Nintex Workflow Cloud; you will see improvements come to the new engine.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  2. WHO LAST MODIFIED A NINTEX FORM

It would help a lot to have the possibility to see whenever needed who was the person who last modified a Nintex form for O365.
At this moment this detail are not available but the date only.
Knowing the who change it would help us a lot when debugging an issue as we would be able to collaborate with that person and find the needed info.

  3. Support for Multilingual SharePoint Site with New Responsive Nintex Forms - Attachment Button Translation "Select Files"

This User Voice is for the New Responsive Nintex Forms supporting the Multilingual SharePoint Site translation.
Example: On a German SharePoint Site with a New Responsive Nintex Forms you add an Attachment form control.
When you view the form on a German site you expect that the translation to be in German but some of the actions such us the Attachment form Control will be displayed in English as "Select files".

The same result if you open the form from Nintex Mobile. You will be able to see the same English translation.
Will the New Responsive Nintex Forms be designed…

  4. Ability to display the item history version with Nintex Form

Currently, Nintex Form unable to display the historic version of the SharePoint List Item. Nintex Forms can only display the most recent version of the item the user has access too.

When using Nintex Form, the user should be able to get the item historic version and not the most recent one.

  6. Add functionality to lookup lists on different sites in Classic forms in the Lookup control

The O365 version of the classic form does not allow you to lookup lists on different sites. This is very restrictive

  7. Add a loading icon or loading text when new responsive form is loading

Like mentioned in this user voice: https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/218293-4-nintex-forms-for-office-365/suggestions/19051840-improve-form-load-speed-in-o365, the loading speed for new responsive forms is not fast enough.
In the meantime, it would be good to display a loading icon or text like "Form loading, please wait" to not confuse users who want to use the form.

  8. collapse groups (New responsive)

It would be good if you could either set the collapse functionality to collapsed by default and or apply a rule in the rules engine to collapse a group automatically.

  9. Report on Location of Existing Forms in O365 SharePoint

Currently we can only see how many Forms licenses are used in the customer portal. For workflows we can see where they are with Hawkeye. For Forms we are flying blind and have no way of identifying where the license usage is going/coming from or the miss use of Forms Licenses. Currently it's an unconrolable cost with no visibility of where the cost is coming from nor do we know what we need to support unless someone tells the SharePoint Team.

Thank you for your feedback, Mike. We appreciate this can be challenging for an organization to understand where their forms are being used and managing appropriately.

We are looking into surfacing Nintex Forms in Hawkeye in the future.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  10. New Responsive Form - Task Form not populating the data from Repeating Section

When having Repeating section in List Form and then try to display this repeating section in the Nintex Task Form, the repeating section data is not populated in the Task Form (New Responsive Form)

  11. In the New Responsive Designer allow to create a global form style

This is to build a single corporate branding style for all forms on the tenant.

  12. Conditional rule pages

It’s great in the new responsive designer and pages. It would be even more power full if you could apply rules from the rules engine to pages example if this is ticked show page or if this is or isn’t ticket hide page

  13. Add Named Controls to the Image URL

In the Image Control the Image URL doesn't allow to use any Named Controls. It would be helpful if you can add Named Controls to the Image URL. This way if you grab a URL from another list you can add it to the Image Control.

  15. Bring form control name through in Repeating Section XML in New Responsive Designer

In the New Responsive Designer when using repeating sections the control name is replaced by a GUID which makes it very difficult to work with the XML in workflow when multiple fields and repeating sections are being used - having the control names brought through in the way that the Responsive Designer used to do would be highly beneficial.

Thank you for your feedback, Justin.

We are aware that the existing XML format is not the same as the previous structure in Old Responsive or Classic and can cause some challenges moving to New Responsive.

We are hoping to address this in a future release.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  16. New Responsive Forms - Unable to build rules based on Lookup Field value

While generating the rule, for look up fields, we can only check if it is filled or blank. But we want to create rules based on the look up value. Please find the screenshot attached.

  17. [Classic designer] Get Query String function

We have a hyperlink added to a SharePoint page, when clicked, it will open new Nintex form of a document library. We need to prepopulate dropdown value on this Nintex form through passing field value in URL. GetQuerystring functionality works for On prem but, it is not available in Office365.

We can help end users to click on specific hyperlinks to prefill some fields in the new form.

    Thanks for your suggestion, Harika.

We do not have plans to implement a query string function for the Classic designer at this time but will keep the idea open for voting.

I have updated the title to specify it is for the Classic designer.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  18. Create a Header control or update the Label control in the NRD

Create a Header control to allow for a background color/image and text overlay. This can also be enabled for all Label controls. Provides an option for corporate branding.

  19. Ability to track where Nintex Forms are being used across the tenant and what is consuming the license

It is extremely difficult to track the license usage for Nintex Forms on Office 365. The XML library also seems inaccurate and tracking the GUID is very cumbersome. I hope that there is a functionality similar to Hawkeye for Nintex Forms coming soon.

  20. Official support for Microsoft Teams

Official support for Microsoft Teams by Nintex Forms for Office 365. Currently links in Teams to SharePoint lists with Nintex Forms do not display the Forms - just a blank page. I opened a ticket with Nintex support and was directed here to suggest official support because currently Microsoft Teams are not officially supported by Nintex Forms for Office 365.
