  1. Add new Hide Control option (visibility:hidden) to Responsive Forms

    Currently when you hide fields, they are not useable by calculated fields, and I believe some rules/validations. I believe this stems from using a display:none tag as opposed to a visibility:hidden CSS tag. Then whatever Nintex is using to process things, can't always find the hidden elements.

    It would be good to add in an option to hide controls without impacting the ability to use them again in other calculated fields.

    I've used this in classic forms for a while, where I created a custom CSS class .hideFromForm{visibility:hidden;}, but we can no longer do this on the new Responsive forms.

      • Convert designer experiences from Classic to Responsive

        I have forms i am working on in the classic designer. I would like to start working on them in the responsive designer. Also, any changes that need to be made to old forms, it would be nice to use the new responsive designer.

        • Support for Nintex forms web part in a different site collection

          Currently it is not possible to have the Nintex Online Forms web part configured in a different site collection to where the form/ list is located. Trying to do this just results in a persistent loading animation gif. To be able to centrally manage all workflows lists and libraries this is important. A ticket raised with support came back with the feedback "We do not support web parts on O365 across site collections. There is a SharePoint Auth limitation for this"

          • Add support for Managed Metadata Synonyms

            Managed Metadata was recently added to Nintex Forms, however one of the key features of managed metadata is the use of "Synonyms" or other phrases.

            For example, if I have a managed metadata tag of "PRODUCT12345" that has a synonym of "12345"

            If I search for "12345", then "PRODUCT12345" would show up as an option. As it is currently implements, you MUST search for "PRODUCT12345" starting with PRO..... to have the correct result show up.

            This occurs in both the classic form and the responsive form.

            • Increase Responsive Form Canvas above 900x700

              Reason is when working with repeating tables, we need the ability to add more than 4 "column" to the repeating section, currently 4 single line of text is max, and this is a bit to few?

              • Block "inline edits" for Modern SharePoint Lists/Libraries

                Not sure how feasable this is, and will probably have to work more with Microsoft, but with Modern Lists and Libraries, there are too many ways to bypass Nintex Forms currently. Modern allows you to easily update individual fields without opening the Nintex (or even built in SharePoint) forms.

                Even if you turn off the "Quick Edit" in advanced settings, you can still in-line edit the values individually or use the (i) info panel to open up values.

                This completely bypasses Nintex Forms, and any rules/requirements that might be placed on values.

                I've tried to ask Microsoft people about it…

                • Form does not return to the page with Filter as setup

                  When the List has a setup with a Filter based on one of Column, the Nintex Form will not return to the Filtered List after form submission or form closing. The Nintex Form will return to the List without any filter applied even though the site URL has Filtered applied.

                    • Missing auto-generated translations

                      I have a problem with a missing translation within my NINTEX form.
                      Although my country-/regional settings as well as my language settings were set to German, I still receive an English error message “There are unresolved entries“ (if an people picker field is not properly filled-out) in my NINTEX form for Office 365.

                      • Prevent Responsive Form from stripping HTML tags in Rich Text control

                        Please fix the issue with Responsive Form stripping HTML tags such as <br> in Rich Text control.

                        Currently if you embed a html table with <br> tags in a a Rich Text control, the tag is stripped when previewed however it looked fine in the canvas.

                        Showing mix messages that Nintex Responsive Form supports proper html during design mode but doesn't work as expected when the form is published.

                          Allow task delegation. For example: I need add to my form a link where the user enter and change the assign to the task.

                          • Text input doesn't lose focus when next control is a Dropdown

                            When using Nintex Mobile on iPad, getting the following behavior:

                            Enter text into text input
                            Tap on Dropdown and make selection
                            Focus/cursor shifts back up to previous text input

                            The focus does not change to the dropdown and this becomes a problem when you have scrolled down in the form, and it keeps shifting the form back up to the text input with focus.

                            I have troubleshooted this issue and the behavior only occurs when the text input and dropdowns are in different panels. If they are in the same panel, this issue does not occur.

                              The form load speed in O365 is not fast enough, I'm not talking about complex forms, just simple form no javascript, no lookup, 10 field.

                              • Calculated Field Split String Capability

                                Would be nice to have a calculated field split string capability.

                                For example, if using a lookup, or managed metadata value that could be parsed with a delimiter.

                                For example:

                                Function would be split(Field Name, Delimiter, Index)

                                FieldValue = "Value1 | Value2 | Value3"

                                CalcField1 = split(FieldValue," | ", 0) // would return Value1
                                CalcField2 = split(FieldValue," | ", 1) // would return Value2
                                CalcField3 = split(FieldValue," | ", 2) // would return Value3

                                • Nintex form for calendar type list

                                  It is very common to have a form and let user choose recurrent event while the can enter the data in a form . just the way it was in SharePoint 2010.
                                  Nintex form for calendar type list is absolutely necessary!!!!

                                    • Interactive PDF

                                      When exporting a form as a PDF, any links or attachments should be interactive so that users can simply select a link on a PDF to open up a list item.

                                        • Managed Metadata Selector Available Within Form Web Part

                                          The Managed Metadata selector should be available next to the Managed Metadata control when submitting a form through a web part, the same way it is available when submitting a form on a list.
