    Hi Guys,

We are just planing out a new Copy Item action which will also look to support an option to include attachments. Beyond this are there any other requirements that you would need from a copy item action?

    Cheers, Rick

  2. Copy/paste html with item properties into Build String

In 2010 I was able to build html in a html editor/viewer which included item properties and variables and then copy the lot into a Build String action. All the item properties and variables would be picked up. Now I have to go through the html, locating each item property and variable and individually bring them into the string. This is extremely time consuming. We have quite a lot of formatted emails coming out of workflows.

  3. Create a list item without the need for credentials

In the previous version of Copy a List item it was possible to copy the item to another site in the collection without additional credentials.

  6. Copy a file to document library from outside source URL

I want to copy a file from a public URL and place it in a document library. Same as moving an attachment from a list item to document library, but instead use the URL stored in a field.

  8. Copy Document Set

It would be great if there was an action to copy a document set from one document library to another

  9. Copy Workflow

If I save a workflow under a different name - to create a copy - the original workflow seems to disappear. It would be better if the original workflow remained with the old name.

  10. Copy to SharePoint Action required

I have multiple site collections which store controlled master documents (Word format), once approved a PDF copy needs to also be made available from one central library location (open access for all staff). Copy to SharePoint action is sorely missed in O365.

  11. Copy Attachment to Doc Library

Similar to the On-Prem action. Being able to copy List attachments to a document library with associated metadata if columns exist

  12. Target only the current item when using Office 365 Update Item Permissions

It would be great to add simply "current Item" to the "Items to update" scope for the Office 365 Update Item Permissions online workflow action.

This would greatly simplify the action and make it clear that the item permissions being affected are only the item permissions that correspond to the item the workflow is currently running against.

  14. Add custom permission levels for "Office 365 update item permissions" action

At this time the "Office 365 update item permissions" supports default permission levels only. It would be nice to be able to select or just type in the name of a custom permission level to be assigned to the workflow item that has been added to the site/sitecollection permission levels.

  15. Update document set or folder with Update Item or Update Item Permissions

The O365 Update Item is restricted specifically to documents or items, it cannot actually update a Document Set or Folder Item. There are many cases where we need this specifically with Document Sets. The CAML query used to select a Document Set does not work in Nintex, though it works in PowerShell, CSOM, Javascript, REST, etc.

  16. Current item URL doesn't contain a valid URL to the item

I believe this to be a bug. If you
    1. create a simple workflow that sends an email to yourself on list item creation
    2. in the email, insert a link using the reference: Workflow Context->Current item URL
    3. publish workflow and add item to list.
    4. Click on link in sent email. It will attempt to download a file with a name like 22_.000

So for example, my rendered list item link was https://mycompany.sharepoint.com/teams/MySite/Lists/MyList/22_.000

Perhaps I'm missing something here, but this seems like a bug.

  17. Select current item in Set Approval Status

There is no option to select the current item in the action: Office 365 Set Approval Status. The only options available are Select All Items and Select Items with following Conditions.

  18. Move item to folder workflow action

I would like ta workflow action to move an item to a folder. The move action would maintain the created by, modified by, created and last modified fields of the original item.

  19. Item Permissions - Target - User and Group

Please provide the ability to set permissions to both users and groups in the same Item Permission action. If I'm setting the same permissions why would I need to include two separate item permission actions?

  20. Wait for change in specific List Item

The current 'Wait for Event in List Item' runs every time an item is added or changed in the current list. The GUID in that action is an output.

It would be great to have an action where the GUID is the input, so the action only runs when an item with that specific GUID is changed.
