For Nintex Workflow O365 actions Run If and Condition Branch, the first condition for List Lookup Source Field is missing the format control. Available for the 2nd comparison condition only. Hope that will added to the first field.1 vote
Would it be possible to create a backup library for Workflow and Forms when the app is installed on the site?
You can then have the option to "backup" the workflow or form on publish, which will create/overwrite the workflow/form.
We could also have the option of configuring a specific library for these files.
Currently, it is a manual process of exporting these files and saving them in a library with versioning.3 votes

Nintex Workflow for Office 365 - Reminder Emails (Overdue Notifications) to send only on Business days
We have a requirement to send Reminder email notifications only on business days when the task becomes overdue. I see that there is no such functionality available to “Assign Flexi Task” reminder emails. Please let us know if/when you can add this feature. Thank you so much!7 votes
imagine a giant workflow, say, 200 + actions. it has lots of paths, all collapsed, that has action sets withing action sets within parallel tasks and so on
then you need to correct a specific action.
would be nice if we could simply find an action by name?46 votes
There is currently no field in the Office 365 Create Site Collection action to save hub information to the SharePoint admin center. I'd like a user to be able to select a hub from a form and have that value be saved to the SharePoint admin center. Currently, I have log into the SharePoint admin center after the site has been created and manually select a hub.16 votes
Can you add the Team site (no Office 365 group) to the Template drop down menu in the Office 365 Create Site Collection Action? The only template that is available is the Custom - Select template later... option. The site gets created but I still have to log into SharePoint Admin Center and select a template.15 votes
Nintex for Sharepoint comes with a handy My Approvals web part. Can we have that for Sharepoint Online? It might not be more than just a formatting of a task list, no?9 votes
It would be great if, while editing a workflow, you could place a sticky note action that had a way of reminding yourself about something you needed to go back and ask the business owner about later.3 votes
Allow functions in your string builder again or maybe make an action that is for functions like Sums or make some actions that work with repeating sections. Also update and get rid of self discovery support. It's **** as there is too many edge problems for rare problem types. Also nonsense like this https://community.nintex.com/t5/Nintex-for-SharePoint/Calculating-the-sum-total-of-multiple-text-controls/m-p/72283#M59740
I don't have time to search day and night through rabbit hole after rabbit hole trying to find what should be a a simple solution.1 vote
MS Teams create action: creates different site url and email address than the Team name. Why?
This makes governance a challenge and usability frustrating.
Team Name: How to use NINTEX
Site url: msteams458ddba1455abc
When created via MS Teams you get:
Team Name: How to use NINTEX
Site url: How to use NINTEX
Email: How to use NINTEX1 vote
If the action, Office 365 Update Items cannot find the item you are looking for, the whole workflow fails, rather than simply updating 0 rows. You have a nice variable to return yes if rows are updated, but the workflow fails if no rows are updated.4 votes
The documents need to be created from the templates added to the content types.

I have seen that you can email a Teams Channel by putting the email of the channel in the Settings to notify workflow owner when a workflow fails in Nintex 365 and works as expected. However it would be cool if you could not only send an email notification but a Task to a O365 Teams Channel (neither option worked in my tests) I currently get an error when sending that says email address is not valid.6 votes
Due to the business requirement that Comment is mandatory, when the reviewer does not include the comment, the workflow with category as the reply can not be interpreted and sent the standard email
Your response was not able to be interpreted. Please try again with a clear indication of your chosen outcome.
Valid outcomes for this task are:
That will be useful if customer can customize the email so that the user understand that the issue is with the comment being mandatory.

Because we use Federation with an external authentication provider, our users do not know the AAD password of their associated account. Consequently, the Basic (username and password) authentication method will not work for us. Can we convert all Basic auth connection types to use OAuth 2.0 instead?33 votesAdminLisa Tam (Product Manager, Nintex) responded
Can you share which particular connectors would you require to be updated to use OAuth 2.0?

If the spaces are removed it works.1 vote
I'd like to be able to send an email notification or lazy approval task to a shared mailbox. This is a big show stopper at the moment that we're having to use Flow for.18 votes
Not yet all connections are making use of the workflow-connection-manager. To have
a) a consistent workflow-design experience
b) to centrally manage connections across workflows
c) to leverage modern authentication
