Current item URL doesn't contain a valid URL to the item
I believe this to be a bug. If you
1. create a simple workflow that sends an email to yourself on list item creation
2. in the email, insert a link using the reference: Workflow Context->Current item URL
3. publish workflow and add item to list.
4. Click on link in sent email. It will attempt to download a file with a name like 22_.000So for example, my rendered list item link was https://mycompany.sharepoint.com/teams/MySite/Lists/MyList/22_.000
Perhaps I'm missing something here, but this seems like a bug.
1 voteMS have updated this behaviour in the platform so it should work as expected now.

Query XML Performance is very Poor
The Performance of the Query XML Action is very slow. It takes about 30 - 60 seconds to complete the action when processing XML stored in Workflow Variables. With multiple query XML actions in a loop it can take close to an hour to complete some workflow.

multiple workflow variables in one set variable action
Why can't we set multiple variables in one set variable action item like in the list item update.
example: I want to generate document with the data in the current list item. For that purpose i have to create a workflow variables for each column in the list. so I have to create n number of workflow variables for n columns list. Also i have to create n set variable action in the workflow.
Also Can you please consider current list item values as well along with the workflow variable values in the document generation. Which is the ideal scenario…
1 voteHi Prasanth, You may of seen this already however the set workflow variable action now supports multiple variables in the one action, you can add up to 20 variables in a single action.
As for you requirement regarding document generation – the upgraded action which is due in a couple of months will support Item and Workflow properties meaning you don’t need to create variables for all your tags, they will all just appear in the tagger making it much easier..

Schedule Site Workflow
I often find nearly Site Workflows I create need to be scheduled as they are for batch processing, polling lists, sending 'Near due' notifications and other related tasks.
At the moment, my understanding is that you have to loop indefinitely and a delay for action to mimic a schedule. I.e. complete some actions every 2 hours.
It's just a bit hacky and a tough sell to customers.
