Create link to item properties in task
Currently when using a document library, when you run a task process, the task gets created, with a link to the item. Problem is the item is the document, and there is no way to link back to the item properties and look at these, which are important for a user to make decision on what to do in that task. Of course you can include a link to these details in an email, but in a task it is no good.

Hi, We currently have list lookups in workflow in the advanced lookup for the relevant action configurations. Was there a particular action you were looking at?

Use PDF form and collect XML data
I used to work with PDF forms that send out an email with XML data that would populate a list.
This function is no longer availabel in the cloud version of SharePoint. I hope this would be possible with a Nintex workflow.3 votes -
Workflows – Delegation
Unable to delegate tasks anymore, functionality is just gone. Can follow some forum guides to hack it back in with custom fields and a new custom workflow

Workflow statuses - inconsistent and difficult to report on
Inconsistent and difficult to report on, have to manually set the visible ‘Status’ field to ‘In Progress’ inside the workflow itself. If there is an error the view in the library/list will still show the workflow as ‘In Progress’ you have to go into the workflow history on the item and some special internal status field will say ‘Cancelled’ or ‘Error Occurred’ and you cannot put that field in the views

Workflows - slow to save/load
Currently my workflows take 2-3 minutes to load and save, how is this performance level acceptable?

Workflows - bring back functions and formulas
Currently the cloud workflows have no functions or formulas, all gone and replaced with about a dozen new workflow actions. Coverage is incomplete, plenty of missing functions that we used on premises on a regular basis. Can we please add these back to the product?

Convert mulit-select text to string in O365
I created a multi-select column time to allow multi-select text from a list look up. Adding the selected column to an email gave me the following output:
{"results":[{"Id":1,"Value":"Karen Borg"},{"Id":23,"Value":"Anne Weiler"},{"Id":17,"Value":"David So"},{"Id":2,"Value":"Julian Isla"},{"Id":11,"Value":"Eric Gruber"},{"Id":7,"Value":"Dan Jummp"},{"Id":14,"Value":"Alicia Thomber"},{"Id":22,"Value":"Ty Carlson"}]}
Need a way to convert this array to a readable list.

Change Title of O365 Add User to Group, add "SharePoint" to it
There are two of these actions: one to add a user to a security group and one that looks very similar to add a user to a "group". The latter action applies to SHAREPOINT groups, and it would be helpful to just add the word "SharePoint" into the title of the "O365 Add User to Group" action in the designer. To reduce confusion and make it consistent with the title of the other similar action which is "O365 Add User to Security Group". In the attached file you will see visually how similar these two actions are.

Office 365 should support current context
Office 365 component require a username and password, it would be nice if it could use your current token.

Fix Horizontal Scroll bar in Mac OSX
I'm using Crome browser on a Mac running Yosemite. In the Workflow designer screen, there is no horizontal scroll bar showing, making it VERY hard (if not impossible) to edit items off the designer area.

Use any function that returns True or False to assign value to boolean workflow variable
My choices for setting a workflow variable of type Boolean are very limited. Allow designer to use any of the inline functions that result in a Boolean to accomplish this.

permissions change on current item
it would be really awesome if you could alter the permissions directly with a simple activity on the current item instead of having to call the very lengthy o365 permission change activity to get to your current item (and potentially screw it up or have to change the password each time the application user password changes).

Replace Substring in String
It would be great if this action could handle spaces, ie search for a space and replace it with a character.

Allow an option in the condition actions if Null.
Currently there isn't availability to select if value is empty. It was be great if you had this functionality.

Add GUID to list of fields to lookup by for a task
When assigning a task, we get a task ID that is a guid. There is no way to lookup additional values for that task (comment, etc.).
SharePoint Designer handles this by exposing a field called GUID on the task list that can be used to lookup values from that task.

Tutorial instructions
I am trying to follow a basic leave request approval workflow design but the screen shots shown here: https://community.nintex.com/docs/DOC-1002
do not match what I can see on the screen when trying the trial version as I do not have the icon next to the subject line to insert reference..........1 vote -
Improve Icons
The icons took a big step back compared to the previous client based versions, do you have to have a giant red square taking up limited icon space on all item related tasks. The arrows/colors are very tiny and slow me down.

Better support low-resolution displays (e.g 1024*720)
Presently using a low-res display causes some dialogues to be unusable, typically some controls can be off-screen to the right. I found this out at a customer demo when only a low-res projector was available. It would be useful if these wide dialogues could be provided with horizontal scroll when they exceed the screen dimensions.
