When inseting Hyperlinks into emails or anywhere pretty much it embeds it into a hidden string-builder and it not able to be edited after the fact, you have to delete the whole hyperlink and start again.
Impossible to debug sometime as you can't see what is there.13 votes
I need to dynamically build a CAML query where there may be 1 to many conditions in the <Where> filter. Right now I have to know how many conditions will be in <OR> before I publish the workflow.29 votes
I don't give a crap if there is an error that is preventing publishing. I don't want to publish, I want to save. So now, I have no idea if the damn thing saved & can't fix the error because it apparently takes some indefinite amount of time for a new column to show up in the Nitex world. So I've been working on a workflow for hours in your slow interface & might lose all my changes because of your worthless, cryptic error.11 votes
Task delegation is missing468 votes
Reinstating this request as it is clear that delegation is required and not escalation.
The ability to customise the workflow initiation form would be useful.99 votes
Allow inserting workflow variables and building a dynamic link when inserting a hyperlink on a task form
When inserting a hyperlink e.g. in a label on a task form, you can only type in a hard coded link and cannot use the context, form fields, or workflow variables to dynamically build a link. This means you cannot easily show a link to the item the task is running on.
Please allow support to build a dynamic hyperlink like the on prem product, or allow use of the 'Related Items' field in the task form as Nintex mysteriously removes this when you customise the task form.27 votes
It would be nice to have a bit more information about each action available at our fingertips. Especially as a beginner, I don't always have a clue what an action does, or why you would use it. The action help is useful, but if you pulled the section "What can I do with this workflow action?" into the left column of the "configure action" dialog box. Additionally, more actions need that "What can I do with this workflow action?" section in their help.8 votes
Workflow tasks: Add the ability to mark a percentage of a task complete and to define it's predecessors
In the Workflow Task list, there are two columns for % Complete and Predecessors.
These could be integrated within a Flexi-task so that a group of tasks can be completed before a task can be approved.
The percentage completed could be used to track the progress of a task, and the percentage can be incremented as the task gets closer to completion.34 votes

Hi, I started with IE11 with the first language = Dutch.
Because I wanted to use Nintex Workflow for Office365 I set my browser language to English (UK). Now most of the Nintex Workflow Designer is in English, but part of the action names and settings remain in Dutch, others are in English.4 votes
I would like the ability to better format the message that gets sent to Yammer. Right now, I cannot seem to find a way to add carriage returns into the message. Messages on Yammer allow this kind of formatting, so perhaps I'm just missing something in the workflow creation.
If not, I would to be able to do this17 votes
This web part is not in O365. I have a workaround in the short term, but a centralized webpart would be useful.
Oh, and allow us to control ALL the columns that are displayed - don't force feed more than the title column.84 votes
Thanks for the feedback. We are currently reviewing this request.
I should point out as a stop gap, all workflow tasks created in NW365 should automatically be available via the My Tasks / Work Management features in your MySite.
Just like the demos you show on YouTube, I am looking for some templates12 votes
Currently the Site Language and template need to be defined when configuring the action.
Please add an option to define this by a reference/variable, so that this can be configured depending on the workflow logic.4 votes
Look - I'm not the smartest, and I also tend to fluctuate between saving like it's going out of style, and saving so rarely that you'd think I was allergic.
I just want a time stamp in the top right hand corner that says Last Publish: (date time) -- Last Saved: (date time)
Surely that's a quick win?9 votes
It would be great if there was some built in change log functionality built in. Either as something I could view from the workflow designer or even if it just wrote changes to a file in the SharePoint site the workflow is built in.
I keep an excel change log for each workflow but a more detailed change log that had each change made to every control would be helpful when troubleshooting a workflow I have not looked at in some time.4 votes
It would be really nice to be able to minimize and expand each state as we're working through large workflows, to increase visibility & use it as a sort of checklist as we work through.3 votes
When working with a state machine that have several states, the titles for the state path are not readable. I have tried zooming but the text for the state still isn't readable.
It would be nice if more text for the state could be displayed. Otherwise, a hover effect to display the state text would work.7 votes
I am new to nintex need help.
I am using the Dynamics CRM Create Record action but it seems to be failing when setting the regarding field.
Can any provide details on how to set a regarding or lookup field in the CRM Create Record action field.
we need a workflow solution end to end for doing a complex mail box management with a group mailbox we use on daily basis.
Also workflow should also enable work allocation basis the criteria in the email body/subject/sender etc.1 vote
Currently when doing export / import of a workflow containing document generation actions, the doc gen actions drop elements of their configuration when imported to the target list...namely the source library for templates and output library for generated documents. This occurs even though libraries with the same title exist in the target site.
It is an impediment to releasing changes and makes the process more prone to human error.
Please retain the config when matching libraries exist.1 vote
