Best practice around Connection manager would be: Create tenant level connections with appropriate set of users who will design workflows. To ensure local site admins don't create unnecessary connections we need a central setting to disable site level shared connections and personal connections.
Workflow publishers: We need to add/remove each user to the list of allowed workflow publishers. There is no way to use AD groups. It'll be great if Nintex can enable AD groups in workflow publisher settings.16 votes
From the governance perspective, personal connections should be disabled by default. Currently it must be manually disabled on each site/sub-site.
1. Personal connections must be disabled by default
2. Need basis site owners may decide to enable it
3. This would encourage the use of *shared connections*20 votes

There needs to be some notifcation to the designer or somoene if the workflow errors. When you have multiple workflows across multiple sites a notifcation is helpful in managing your workflows and any issues. This was available in on-prem why has it gone away?553 votes
Palesa, one of our Technical Evangelists posted this comment. I thought this was so valuable that I have repeated it here so it stays in view. A great workaround while we work on a solution with Microsoft.
“Hey guys here’s a little trick which will hopefully help some of you community.nintex.com/docs/DOC-6580”
I have watched the Youtube video, may even be a convert to rapp after this. Check it out, it will save you time.
When I look at a configured activity, I should be able to see the value/formula that I calculated. When the author leaves the place they built workflows, the new people do not know how he built these values unless he had documentation. I need to troubleshoot why it fails at certain points but I am unable to without knowing how that variable is being calculated to begin with.1 vote
When we are on a task, the only way we have to display the master item attachment is JS is using JS.
If your master item has several attachments component and your tasks forms also has several of them, you have no way to relink the task attachment to the master items attachment (using API calls, we can recopy the task item to master item but they will always be recopied to the default attachment component)...
To solve that, at the moment we fully recreate the NFFormData XML! Is that a viable solutiony??3 votes
Ability to stop inheriting elevated privileges for action sets embedded in an action set that has elevated privileges
Currently, all actions within an elevated action set are forced to be executed with the elevated privileges, hence causing the field Modified By to be Sharepoint App which is not desirable.
Either allow embedded action sets to be executed as the current user or allow the modification of ModifiedBy and CreatedBy fields in the list item1 vote
Why can't we have a feature similar to Content control title in update word document? Doc generation does not support table, checkbox etc
My application with dynamic html structure containing checkbox and table structure was working fine while render to Control Content title but now, even though Rich text field support html conversion, It does not render my table, styling and the controls like checkbox, radio button4 votes
The ability to easily parse JSON in a Nintex O365 workflow. Inclusing the ability to store arrays in collection variables.23 votes
Would like the ability to create, modify and manage email message templates on Nintex Workflow for Office 365, for the Task Process and Assign a task workflow action(s).
This is already available on premise, and is a very useful feature, but for people making use of Nintex Workflow for O365, this would most definitely make workflow design quicker if designers could choose an email template, perhaps containing some html and rich text/images (maybe even an email signature) where all they would need to is insert their metadata where necessary.47 votes
Need to have the option to include attachments for email notifications that are sent from the task actions.156 votes
Add option like in SP2010 to not send cancellation emails to other members who were assigned to action a task when another has auctioned.31 votes
Enable the ability to edit the body of a task (or any) e-mail message better. Editing the table format is almost impossible in the native editing tool.25 votes
Task delegation is missing202 votes
Reinstating this request as it is clear that delegation is required and not escalation.
At this time the "Office 365 update item permissions" supports default permission levels only. It would be nice to be able to select or just type in the name of a custom permission level to be assigned to the workflow item that has been added to the site/sitecollection permission levels.356 votes
We are just planing this feature out, look to have some further updates on timing soon.
This web part is not in O365. I have a workaround in the short term, but a centralized webpart would be useful.
Oh, and allow us to control ALL the columns that are displayed - don't force feed more than the title column.69 votes
Thanks for the feedback. We are currently reviewing this request.
I should point out as a stop gap, all workflow tasks created in NW365 should automatically be available via the My Tasks / Work Management features in your MySite.
Currently the Site Language and template need to be defined when configuring the action.
Please add an option to define this by a reference/variable, so that this can be configured depending on the workflow logic.4 votes
When creating a site using the "Office 365 Create Site in o365" action, and creating unique permissions, there is no option to create and the groups i.e owners, members, visitors etc4 votes
Look - I'm not the smartest, and I also tend to fluctuate between saving like it's going out of style, and saving so rarely that you'd think I was allergic.
I just want a time stamp in the top right hand corner that says Last Publish: (date time) -- Last Saved: (date time)
Surely that's a quick win?9 votes
