Managed Holiday
Would be good if we could still set this in O365 so that calculations between dates won't include weekends/bank holidays (the days we set in the managed holidays)

This has come up when I've been talking to customers and another spin on this would be how do we handle organisations that span multiple states or countries where the holidays are different?
For example, in Queensland and NSW we have different public holidays from time to time so this feature would need to incorporate the region/state that the site's regional settings reflect.
