Email notifications having "Approve" & "Reject" buttons, instead of just hyperlinks.
It would be nice if the email notifications sent with a "Request Approval" activity and "Assign Flexi Task" activity, could have "Approve" and "Reject" buttons instead of hyperlinks.
This capability is now available on O365, please refer the our blog: https://community.nintex.com/blogs/NintexProductBlog/2017/10/04/actionable-messages-in-nintex-workflow-for-office-365.
Since we have leveraged Microsoft’s actionable messages to build this feature therefore it will initially be available to users of Outlook online and Outlook 2016 Version 17.10 (Build 8201.1000), however Microsoft do plan to roll this feature out on Outlook for Mac and Outlook for mobile next year.

This is a great feature, but I see that it is not available from emails on a mobile device. This is probably where the most powerful use will be.
Side note: Flow has this capability and I have access to the button responses from the email on my iPhone.

What happened to the blog response for this?
Great news. I think mobile is where the greatest need is. I am asking non-native English speakers to type in Approved or Rejected. Not a great hassle. But a button option would make things that bit more simpler.
I have a problem as similar content, would like to change notification sender name from "email@example.com to the other naming, possible to do?

Note: not only approve and reject buttons. All buttons that are created due to the use of Task Outcome in the content type. Background: I create custom Wokflow Tasks in which buttons appear like "Send to reviewers", "Send to manager", "Ready for publishing". It would be nice if we can use them in the email.
