Need a way to indicate that the email is of High Importance

This is available for on-premise. Just migrated to O365 and having to reconfigure some of our workflows and seeing this is not available.
I agree this would be very useful. We currently have a few workflows e.g. Accidents & Injuries, Maintenance requests etc. that require immediate attention if Urgent/Emergency is selected by the user. Being able to flag as high priority would help us improve the response turnaround.
