Table to explain old and new terms
I am using a newer version of Office 365 to create a Nintex workflow. Workflow terms like "Request Approval" are not in my version. So, what is the new term? Is it "Set Document Approval"? Because that does not work like I need it to, which is to automatically create sub-branches called "Declined" and "Approved."
Hi, Are you looking for a task action with a single outcome? If so, you can use either the start a task process or assign a task action and create your own content type with only one outcome, this can be inherited from the exiting content type. In the outcomes configuration you can chose to use your content type rather than the default. Please email me if you have any issues with this. Thanks.
