At the moment shared connection managed is only for Site Collection and Site level. The Tenant level is only available for Personal connection.
We would like to have Shared connection manager in Tenant Level.27 votes
This feature will be coming as part of releasing Nintex admin feature.
Connection Manager administration is set at site level. It is difficult to disable this if there are too many sites. We would like to be able to control this at tenant level.17 votes
The ability to create tenant wide connections will be coming as part of releasing Nintex admin feature.
Currently, none of the Nintex live actions support any multi-factor authentication. More and more clients are switching to this level of security and the lack of this support greatly inhibits our feature offerings. None of the live action advantages are available and clients can't switch to multi-factor authentication without breaking workflows that utilize these features.57 votes
With the work on a “Connection manager” MFA will be supported for those live actions that support OAuth authentication. Unfortunately not all actions do, and so there are exceptions. When connection manager is released the help will detail which will.
For the balance, the comment by Mike Oryszak below is an option for these actions.
As like on premise Nintex we require APIs/web services to do the following actions.
Start the workflow.
API to delegate a task.
API to configure long term delegation
Thanks for your feedback. We announced our intended support for APIS in 365 at WPC. Please see the dedicated API forum on UserVoice for further info
