If the action, Office 365 Update Items cannot find the item you are looking for, the whole workflow fails, rather than simply updating 0 rows. You have a nice variable to return yes if rows are updated, but the workflow fails if no rows are updated.1 vote

Nintex Workflow for Office 365 - Reminder Emails (Overdue Notifications) to send only on Business days
We have a requirement to send Reminder email notifications only on business days when the task becomes overdue. I see that there is no such functionality available to “Assign Flexi Task” reminder emails. Please let us know if/when you can add this feature. Thank you so much!3 votes
Nintex for Sharepoint comes with a handy My Approvals web part. Can we have that for Sharepoint Online? It might not be more than just a formatting of a task list, no?3 votes
When you take a sharepoint hyperlink field and put it into a task form or email, by default the value of the field is converted to string and looks like this:
Salesforce - from side bar
By default, it should take the display text of the hyperlink and build a link out of it with the URL3 votes

I would like to have the posibility to mark a workflow action with a color (so that I as a designer know it's an important action). I have workflows which i use on different environments. I use actions with site/library specific parameters, which I have to change sometimes. If I could give them a color I would know right away that I have to check these actions in stead of going through the whole workflow.
It could also be very helpful in the development phase of a project.1 vote
Due to the business requirement that Comment is mandatory, when the reviewer does not include the comment, the workflow with category as the reply can not be interpreted and sent the standard email
Your response was not able to be interpreted. Please try again with a clear indication of your chosen outcome.
Valid outcomes for this task are:
That will be useful if customer can customize the email so that the user understand that the issue is with the comment being mandatory.

When viewing workflows on the Workflow Gallery page, it would be helpful to see the count of Billable Actions and Total Actions.1 vote
I have seen that you can email a Teams Channel by putting the email of the channel in the Settings to notify workflow owner when a workflow fails in Nintex 365 and works as expected. However it would be cool if you could not only send an email notification but a Task to a O365 Teams Channel (neither option worked in my tests) I currently get an error when sending that says email address is not valid.3 votes
When retention policy is activated on O365, it's not possible to delete Nintex workflows. It's also not possible to uninstall the O365 Workflow and Forms app from a site.
The only solution is to deactivate retention policy31 votes
At present, the customer portal shows how many workflows are being used from the license pool, but not which SharePoint sites or lists they are associated to, making it difficult to locate potentially stale workflows or preform cleanup.
Please include a report within the customer portal usage section, identifying SharePoint site collections and lists to match up to the used workflows.1 vote
There is a serious gab in the O365 Nintex for adobe sign action. We need the ability to return some sort of SharePoint Library ID so then we can update any other metadata that is associated with the file. It is fine to just give us an ID so then in a second action we can do the update by ID.3 votes
I would like to see some easy to use fields for Managed Metadata. I should be able to get/set an MM field, single or multi, in one live action. It seems like an easy one to make and would save workflow development time.3 votes
There is currently no field in the Office 365 Create Site Collection action to save hub information to the SharePoint admin center. I'd like a user to be able to select a hub from a form and have that value be saved to the SharePoint admin center. Currently, I have log into the SharePoint admin center after the site has been created and manually select a hub.16 votes
Can you add the Team site (no Office 365 group) to the Template drop down menu in the Office 365 Create Site Collection Action? The only template that is available is the Custom - Select template later... option. The site gets created but I still have to log into SharePoint Admin Center and select a template.15 votes
When a workflow errors, it would be helpful to include a link to terminate the workflow within the workflow error notification.4 votes
In some scenarios, an Actionable message is not working using Nintex Workflow.
Microsoft has suggested for Nintex to implementing signed cards which work in all cases and are fundamentally more secure since they do not rely on DNS records.
At this stage signed cards are currently not supported1 vote
