It would be nice if the email notifications sent with a "Request Approval" activity and "Assign Flexi Task" activity, could have "Approve" and "Reject" buttons instead of hyperlinks.126 votes
This capability is now available on O365, please refer the our blog: https://community.nintex.com/blogs/NintexProductBlog/2017/10/04/actionable-messages-in-nintex-workflow-for-office-365.
Since we have leveraged Microsoft’s actionable messages to build this feature therefore it will initially be available to users of Outlook online and Outlook 2016 Version 17.10 (Build 8201.1000), however Microsoft do plan to roll this feature out on Outlook for Mac and Outlook for mobile next year.
It would be nice to have a a for each logic action similar to on prem as this would allow greater flexibility29 votes
I am happy to say that this is now released.
1- using the app on another plan
2- migrating the workflow1 vote
Nintex Workflow provides an Export / Import capability for migrating workflow designs between sites and tenants.
It would be great to have a start workflow action rather than having to utilization a web service action.6 votes
The Start Workflow action was relesaed in November.
A lead of us would like to have the action „delete previous versions“ (as in Nintex Workflow "on premise").1 vote
I am pleased to confirm actions to delete drafts and versions were released in Decmeber.
When I add a conditional action into the workflow I can't see the Yes/No labels by the side of the conditional icon, So I dont know what side goes the "yes" actions or the "no" actions2 votes
Yes / No branch labels went live this week
SharePoint architecture is starting to evolve into a flatter build for security and scalability purposes. For instance, companies with customers who log into SharePoint typically prefer to keep them in separate site collections for branding, security and overall confidence in separation of content. Similar to the action 'Office 365 Create Site', it would be nice to have a 'Office 365 Create Site Collection'12 votes
The ability to Provision and Deprovision a Site Collection will be released in the upcoming January release for Enterprise users.
It would be good to have a Query List action (similar to the Office 365 Query List action) but that is scoped to current context, so you do not have to provide URL, username, password etc. to query a list on the current site in a site scoped workflow.
Very similar to that we have current context scoped actions for Create Item and Update Item etc.5 votes
This has now been delivered as “Query List” in addition to the Office 365 Query List.
Thanks for the feedback. Our Query List action is provided via Nintex Live and requires some of that information to be able to talk back to Office 365. We are actively looking at ways of making that configuration experience better and will take this on board.
cannot compare with operation "and" or operation "or" (conditional 1 and conditional 2; conditional 1 or conditional 2)16 votes
I am pleased to confirm And / Or went live this week
I would like to see the disable feature per Workflow Action available in the designer.106 votes
would really be good to have the regular expression action32 votes
I am pleased to confirm that we have added support for a Regular Expression action in NW365 which is available today.
On the Conditional Branch action is does not show which branch is true and which is false. And since it is currently not possible for users to set labels on it, it can be difficult8 votes
Yes / No branch labels went live this week
The action Office 365 Create Site contains old templates from SP2010 such as the meeting workspace. More important, I am missing the project site template.
This has been addressed
At the moment I am evaluating Nintex for Office 365. I am missing workflow variables like Yes/No and Collection.3 votes
Nintex Workflow for Office 365 uses the new workflow manager workflow engine and the constructs within.
With regards to the collection variable type, the new Dictionary variable type provides the same functionality and is more powerful.
Yes / No can be achieved by the Boolean variable type
Would like to know if there is a good method for interacting with the SharePoint Approve/Reject (aka: moderationStatus) of an item. I would like to use this to approve/reject on my approval workflow instead of via a Workflow Task.
Currently I have a task, but once it is completed, the moderationstatus isn't updated to reflect content approval.9 votes
The Office 365 Set Moderation Status action is now available to use.
Please add the state machines22 votes
I am pleased to announce support for State Machines has been released to service today and is ready for use.
The absence of action sets is a major development need!170 votes
Action Sets and Collapsible actions are released. Here is a blog that gives a good succinct description.
The absence of the Assign Flexi Task with configurable outcomes is a huge miss for me.194 votes
This feature was completed a while ago.
For the "Create Site" Action, it is not possible to select a custom site template from the current site collection. It would be great if this could be included, as organisations often have a custom template (e.g. for Teams or Projects) that they want to use26 votes
The Office 365 Create Site action was updated recently in include support for Custom Site Templates.
The HTTP Call Web Service action now supports only REST services. We need to be able to call ASMX web services, just like we did in on-prem.29 votes
The web request action was released in the January release and is now available to use to call ASMX web services.
