It's not user friendly to view a Workflow if it contains quite a few actions.

Provide the same functionality as is available in the On-Prem product to allow attachments to be included in email notifications as well as task notifications.

The possibility to remove or delete a workflow from a list or site is not available at the moment.

It would be better to be able to delete workflows instead of unticking all starting options.

We're having to rely pretty heavily on web service calls to supplement the currently available action set. It would save an inordinate amount of time if we could leverage UDAs to interact with these in a more structured fashion.

Barring that, since Action Sets are going to be implemented in an upcoming release will these support the snippet feature? Injecting a pre-build snippet would give us the same time savings but doesn't result in such a clean workflow.

I often find nearly Site Workflows I create need to be scheduled as they are for batch processing, polling lists, sending 'Near due' notifications and other related tasks.

At the moment, my understanding is that you have to loop indefinitely and a delay for action to mimic a schedule. I.e. complete some actions every 2 hours.

It's just a bit hacky and a tough sell to customers.

In Workflow 2010/2013 on premise when setting automatic start for create/modify as well as Yes and No we also have Conditional. We can then use a condition builder to specify eg. column values including what they used to be and what they are now. Can we have this in Workflow O365.

Since conditional starts are still under review, the addition of a filter action would greatly enhance Nintex Workflow for Office 365.

Please allow the use of labels when configuring workflows in O365. Those are incredibly useful when building the workflow in order to see exactly where you are and what the actions and conditions are.

It would be great if you could create a switch action so that a field could be evaluated and have branches that you can implement business process dependent on the value selected. Similar to the functionality available in on Prem. You currently could do this a few ways but detailed examples become very messy.

Currently there is no available action to end another workflow. This action is very useful.

It would be great if you could have a tooltip text for each workflow action describing the usage and link it to online help page. I'm not able to find some of the workflow actions usage under online help.

Really missing the Build Dynamic String and all it's inline functions in O365!
