  1. Support for operators in *Wait for field change in current item* action

    *Wait for item update* action in Nintex on-prem enables developer to use different operator based on need. Please enable operators in Nintex online action *Wait for field change in current item action*

    e.g. Status != Submitted

    The work around for this is to create a list with the appropriate columns to store the data one wants. Use update list to store the data and query list to retrieve the data.

  3. Assign a task without sending notification email

    Currently, Nintex Workflow for Office 365 does not provide any out-of-the-box functionality to assign a task without sending notification email to the assigned people in the workflow. Can we have this feature to choose not to send email to the assigned people in the Workflow Tasks which was previously available in Nintex 2010 as option - "None".

  4. Improving control on configured emails (HTML)

    Please enable following in Email bodies so that developers can verify the true content they've configured.

    1. Any hyperlink in Email bodies is shows as:
    reflink="nw-stringbuilder-token-661c62d8-cd92-4f10-9273-e643486faf71" reftext="nw-stringbuilder-token-8596239b-6d13-445a-8bf0-7f58bfe9571b"

    Nintex on-prem:
    reflink="{Common:WebUrl}/IMPD Process Documents/Forms/Approved Documents.aspx" reftext="here"

    Please enable actually inserted hyperlink. Otherwise, they only to find hyperlinks is via running workflow, which is not always possible.

    2. When developer clicks on any content within email body and later clicks on View HTML, the cursor should point to corresponding position in within HTML. While it works in Nintex on-prem, in Nintex Online it points to the end of the email body.

  5. Adding the possibility to empty a datefield

    It would come in very handy that we would have the possibility to be able to empty a datefield via the workflow action to set a field.

  6. Make Query User Profile use initiator credentials

    Allow a user profile lookup that's initiated using the logged in user's credentials or session (i.e. the initiator), or at least the workflow publisher's identity.

    The "Office 365 Query User Profile" lookup currently requires you to enter a username and password.

    More details:
    SharePoint Designer 2013 has the ability to query without credentials using the "User Profiles:" action.

    SD 2013 example:
    Lookup for String
    Data source: User Profiles
    Field from source: First name
    Return field as: As String
    Field: Account Name
    Value: Current Item: Modified By

  8. Add Labels to Actions

    Hi;
    It is very difficult to follow and debug a workflow without having all 4 text labels.
    Having them as an integral part of the GUI interface is just great. Having them as properties will be good

  10. Do not put an additional file size limit on top of Microsoft size limit Nintex Forms 365 allows attaching a file of 250MB (Microsoft limit)

    Remove additional file size limit on top of Microsoft size limit

    Nintex Forms 365 allows attaching a file of 250MB (Microsoft limit) to a list item.
    But the action 'O365 Upload File' in Nintex Workflow 365 currently has a size limit of 100MB compressed size.
    This limit should be removed; Nintex should not put additional file size limits on top of Microsoft limits.

    Our busines case is as follows :

    I have external users uploading files, via NF365, which are attached to a list item.
    The file size limit = 250MB.
    An internal user is approving the uploaded file, which…

  11. Central Place to terminate Suspended workflows either at list or site level

    Can we get a central place within nintex online to terminate or retry suspended workflows?
    Use case: we have a list, managed by users, that syncs specific info from one list to another. The source list had a choice column change and thus has started suspending wf's because users did not make sure destination choice column contained the same values. Now we have 200+ suspended workflows in the source list. Due to the nature of a suspended wf, we cannot just kick off a new on those items, even after the issue with the choice values are fixed between the…

  12. Create a list item without the need for credentials

    In the previous version of Copy a List item it was possible to copy the item to another site in the collection without additional credentials.

  13. Document content as Base64

    Hello,
    Is there any chance to prepare something like [FileData] from on-prem version?
    I would like to use document content as Base64 in Nintex Workflow for O365 but without success right now.

    Thank you

  14. Update Date/Time Column To Blank

    The Update Item or Office 365 Update Item action should be able to set a Date/Time column back to a blank value, which is currently not possible.

  17. Format Number as String Activity

    Currency values are formatted as a decimal point # with more than 2 decimal points and no $.

    It would be useful to have an activity where we can tell it to format a number as a currency, percentage, or a set number of decimal points.

  19. Ability to execute javascript code

    It would be extremely useful to have an action allowing execution of javascript code. That would be helpful for example to handle actions/ functions not present in Nintex already. I don't know if this is doable, but maybe? It is probably pretty complex for the Nintex engine to check, whether the code in the action is executed or not, so that Workflow can move to a next action, but still such feature would really be helpful :)

  20. update item permissions for users from external domain

    O365 Nintex workflow doesn't support those domains not managed by us. For example, some other organizations have their own O365 accounts so now when those users come on board, we need to create a Security Group in SharePoint group, add the external user into the group after he accepts the invitation. Then we need to add the user to the Security Group. Then re-run the workflow to grant permissions to the user. A lot of manual steps.
