If the action, Office 365 Update Items cannot find the item you are looking for, the whole workflow fails, rather than simply updating 0 rows. You have a nice variable to return yes if rows are updated, but the workflow fails if no rows are updated.

Setting a modified start condition in the workflow Settings does not trigger the workflow to start when the document library item is modified (a document set). The modified start condition compares the values of two fields on the document library item and should start the workflow if they are not equal. The two fields being compared are People fields with multiple selctions possible.

When a task is completed, the outcome under the Nintex Task Outcome should be auto populated to the default Task Outcome column so that the results of the task can be displayed within the Workflow Status page of the workflow instance.

We are trying to figure out how to remove headers from emails from the workflow in SharePoint online. I see you have a KB article:

But that appears to only be for SharePoint on-prem. How do we disable them in SharePoint online?

If Docusign revokes the authorisation token and it needs to be authorised again it would be good if this can be tracked from a workflow

I am currently experiencing issues with evaluating a choice column that is a checkbox which allows multiple selection.

When I use the conditional branch action to evaluate this column I receive an error message during run time regardless of whether I use equals to or contains.

It seems like even if I try to set that column in a variable (either text or dictionary) and then attempt to log it to the history list, it will also produce the error.

I have document sets in my document library. I want to update the permission dynamically, but it provides me the following error:

"Unable to find the item to update".

Whenever I "include the folder" it automatically disappear when i opened this on next time.

Every time we call a web request it takes close to 10 mins for the request to even initiate from Nintex.
We call an Azure hosted web api from within Nintex and we make a log entry just before the request and then we the actual request being made to the Azure API after 10 mins of this log entry.

What are the reasons for the delay. Can we speed up this process. Its a nightmare trying to develop something with some much of lag time.

New date format action has issues converting to Australian date formats when working with collections (extremely common in our workflows), support has yet to resolve open tickets about this. It's 2018 how is this kind of thing still a problem?

I would like Share a document with an external user via workflow. This way I would not have to email the attachment and be able to collaborate and co-author the document.

We are currently migrating our workflows from on premise to O365, the action set has been converted to app step and now requires a site feature to be activated.

Migration of workflows will not work and is buggy, inline functions do not work and are not available in Nintex cloud.

Need a way to test user credentials and connections. Workflow keeps indicating bad username format or password or something and I can't make sense of if it is the connection or the parameter to the query.

I can't do simple math operations on currency columns because they get treated like unparsable strings.

"$100" * 1.43 = Exception casting "$100" to type double.

Please provide a way to not have "$" as part of the value................

No matter what combination I try (User ID, User Name, Login Name, Display Name) I cannot get the action to update a user column. I just get the error:

[InputMetaDataXml] : The 'Fields to update' is invalid. Input string was not in a correct format.

Either I'm not doing something right and the Instructions don't have proper guidance for Updating Users, or the action doesn't work.

External email errors when using text variable containing several emails separated by semicolon AND a space.

If the spaces are removed it works.
