I was trying to get some essential conditional-if-branches I use often, but there is no condition "If current item field equals value" to select, using "IsEmpty" after that. Likewise there is no condition "Person is a valid SharePoint user" for some re-checking within the workflow. I am missing defining variables and inserting references "on the fly" likewise. Is that because I am using Office365-Nintex in a trial version or is it still in the process of becoming what I used to know OnPrem?!

When you have to add a field to an action it resets back to default every time. I would like to be able to search for the field I am looking to add instead of scrolling through the list every time.

Having worked with Nintex On-Prem for a number of years I have FINALLY started working with Nintex for O365. I cannot find anything! All the actions that do the same thing have completely different titles... Why? I am so totally lost.
Can you consistently name the actions in your workflow products regardless of the SharePoint environment they are working on? This goes for NWC too?

The box for action is too big, way too hard to get the big picture of the workflow. Instead of giving icon on the bottom, it would be better if the icon placed on the left side of the box, so it gets smaller and easy on the eye.

We need this utility to come from Nintex itself rather than we are calling third party web request to encode/decode. It's quite simple, we need a utility to encode/decode URL.
This will help when we call REST API to SharePoint with special characters.

When specifying for example the subject of an e-mail or the name of a new element of a list, I'd like to chosse the Date / Time when the Workflow is being executed from my "Workflow Context" List on the right.

When I need to update a link in an email I need to recreate it rather than being able to edit the existing one. Very time consuming

Currently, this action displays a drop down list of available languages to translate to. In addition to this list, it would be helpful to allow us to optionally pass a variable to specify the language instead.

With the current approach, if we wish to create a workflow that can translate into many different languages, we need to use one copy of this action for each language, even if the business logic is identical for each language. This leads to workflows that are much more complex than they need to be.

When my users have full control on their workspace they also have full control to create workflows. In SP OnPrem I can set in the admin console which team can create workflows in order to stream this more efficiently. The way your licence works (by workflow created) we will need to make sure the workflows are better consolodated. We can do this in our OnPrem but not online. It would be great to have this feature also online so we can control the expenses on our licencing module.

There is no option to select the current item in the action: Office 365 Set Approval Status. The only options available are Select All Items and Select Items with following Conditions.

Currently the workaround for the process of querying a list of more than 5000 items returns an error. The workaround for this is found at http://www.vadimtabakman.com/nintex-workflow-querying-a-list-with-paging.aspx

This is unwieldy when using Office 365. There is no ability to save as a snippet or a UDA to make this easily insertable in to a workflow. Creating an action that will accept the parameters to make this call without having to insert and configure 7 actions each time it is called would make much easwier from a design perspective.

The link in the task takes you to the doc set properties instead of opening the set to view the documents inside. This isnt helpful. If you are routing a document set for approval the approvers need to view the documents in the set not the document properties.

Would like to be able to share the workflow layout and use in documentation - ability to save as a pdf or print to 11X17 landscape would make life easier

We need a debugger for complicated workflows. How do I know the values of the workflow variables without a debugger?

I am trying to give Permission to few Groups & User to the Individual Items. I felt below lacking
1. it does't recognize the External User by Email.
2. why i have to call individually for each permission given ? I mean it should have option to Give multiple set of permission to Multiple users

As the designer is "online", it happens that the UI freezes and go back to list of workflows. The consequence is a loss of work because it wasn't saved.

Please improve the UI and add an option of automatic save.

Need to customize the workflow Start form using Nintex forms. this option is not available. "Edit start form option" is not available in Office 365 workflow.

Add "Hourly" as Frequency option for Reminder email options within task actions.
