Is it really necessary to display the "We've made some changes since last time..." popup, EVERY time I use the designer? It shows every time I use it, and I'm pretty sure you haven't made changes every time - because the message is the same!!

When adding an action for a statemachine on the right screen border the available actions idropdown is still shown on the right side and thus becomes invisible and unaccessable. Please change that it will be displaye on the left side of the node.

I'd like an ability to automatically sort my variables, group variables and/or manually change the list sequence.

I see there are completed requests completed back in 2014 for this same thing. It would be nice to carry over this type of functionality to the O365 product.

Please extend the input fields for "other method" in "Web Request"-Workflow action by the content-type-parameter which is also available on the other methods like PUT or POST. Without this parameter set there are external webservices which will fail like them in Microsoft Graph.

It would be great if we can have both of those reminders by setting [Start task process] action.
1. Send a reminder when a certain days have passed since the workflow task had been submitted.
2. Also, send a reminder when it passed the expiration day set in a list item.

Would appreciate a not-so-bright-white workflow designer canvas background. As a designer and being a little sensitive to bright white pixels as a side effect of some medication, I would appreciate a theme setting or anything less bright white. See attached example.

Within a txt variable, multiple files can be added, but only the first file is attached in a send notification action.

Please consider this scenario, as it would be useful to dynamically attach files from a list.

For Nintex Workflow O365 actions Run If and Condition Branch, the first condition for List Lookup Source Field is missing the format control. Available for the 2nd comparison condition only. Hope that will added to the first field.

Would it be possible to create a backup library for Workflow and Forms when the app is installed on the site?

You can then have the option to "backup" the workflow or form on publish, which will create/overwrite the workflow/form.

We could also have the option of configuring a specific library for these files.

Currently, it is a manual process of exporting these files and saving them in a library with versioning.

We have a requirement to send Reminder email notifications only on business days when the task becomes overdue. I see that there is no such functionality available to “Assign Flexi Task” reminder emails. Please let us know if/when you can add this feature. Thank you so much!

Not yet all connections are making use of the workflow-connection-manager. To have

a) a consistent workflow-design experience
b) to centrally manage connections across workflows
c) to leverage modern authentication

refit the Exchange-Online actions to use the connection-manager

I would like to share the workflow with the other developers. But I could not find a way to do it. Nintex should allow multiple developers to modify the same workflow.

Before publishing large workflows it will be useful if the designer could alert users of:
- how many actions are being used
- recommendation of any best practise to adopt

It would be good if the triggers to start a workflow were available in the workflow list, so you can check which ones are enabled or only manual start without having to go into the workflow itself

It would be really nice if we could look at the date column within a SharePoint and check if the date is blank or not and start a workflow based on that. It is really challenging when we only get greater than/less than and equals for date fields.

If Date is NOT NULL(or blank) then Run the workflow....for example.

Variables on the initiation form should be able to be set as mandatory.
