Needs a better rule engine. the rules used in cloud are much easy to use and add. need all of the functionality and usability of cloud in 365

Connection Manager is now available in a few workflow actions viz. viz. "Start Workflow" or "Office 365 update item permissions".

These actions though are not automatically configured, when exported and imported to another subsite (sharing the connection manager). This is a real problem, as now you can't programmatically import an exported workflow. Imported workflows need to be manually configured, by selecting the Connection Manager. All other properties are automatically configured, except Connection Manager.

There is a lot of white Space in Workflow Designer that causes a fair amount of scrolling on the web browser. My suggestion is to reduce the size of, or flatten, the action boxes. Also, crunch them together more. Maybe allow connections of actions that fall off the bottom of the screen to wrap to the top of the screen next to those actions that don't.

The current Query XML action is limited to just being able to set one variable (collection) as its output. We would like to see (just like in the On Premise version) that you can have multiple variable assignments in one action.

When I look at a configured activity, I should be able to see the value/formula that I calculated. When the author leaves the place they built workflows, the new people do not know how he built these values unless he had documentation. I need to troubleshoot why it fails at certain points but I am unable to without knowing how that variable is being calculated to begin with.

In On-Prem, we can hover over actions to get a brief bit of information about what's going on in that action - ie what variable is being set.

Please bring this into O365. With the bit of lag that happens in opening actions, this could save a substantial amount of time overall.

When we are on a task, the only way we have to display the master item attachment is JS is using JS.
If your master item has several attachments component and your tasks forms also has several of them, you have no way to relink the task attachment to the master items attachment (using API calls, we can recopy the task item to master item but they will always be recopied to the default attachment component)...

To solve that, at the moment we fully recreate the NFFormData XML! Is that a viable solutiony??

The ability to easily parse JSON in a Nintex O365 workflow. Inclusing the ability to store arrays in collection variables.

Currently, all actions within an elevated action set are forced to be executed with the elevated privileges, hence causing the field Modified By to be Sharepoint App which is not desirable.
Either allow embedded action sets to be executed as the current user or allow the modification of ModifiedBy and CreatedBy fields in the list item

Advanced lookup: already configured lookup configuration is not appear to review.

for example: in attachment we are showing advanced lookup configuration how we want to see for already configured lookup.

When adding date tags in document generation you can select between 6 date time formats but in Germany they are confusing as they are not common here.
It would be helpful if german date format dd.MM.yyyy hh.mm would be supported.

When closing a site workflow designer please make it return to the Workflow App home page instead of site homepage. It is annoying especially when you have to check scheduling etc. after closing the designer, when you have to come back to the Workflow app the long way.

When we use the actionnable message in the task validation we can't customize the message in appearance or langage. I wish i can change the Nintex logo by the enterprise logo, use the enterprise graphic charter, use the langage of the enterprise country... for creating a custom message with actionnable message

Would like the ability to create, modify and manage email message templates on Nintex Workflow for Office 365, for the Task Process and Assign a task workflow action(s).

This is already available on premise, and is a very useful feature, but for people making use of Nintex Workflow for O365, this would most definitely make workflow design quicker if designers could choose an email template, perhaps containing some html and rich text/images (maybe even an email signature) where all they would need to is insert their metadata where necessary.

Include a "Log to History" check box in all actions so we do not have to create a separate Log to History Action item in the workflow to record the current status.

I would really like to see the previous value field reinstated in Nintex workflows, for example when selecting a value, being able to choose "created by (previous value)" as an option.
